Within two weeks they sent one of their field representatives out, his name was Joel Willoughby. Joel came out to the house and was very concerned, polite, professional, prepared and sympathetic for what my mother was going through. My mom was able to sign all necessary paperwork without having to leave the house. This was great since getting around now is difficult for her. We are early into the case but I have been very pleased all the way around and would recommend Hughes and Coleman if you are looking for a great professional group.
