I have to say Hughes and Coleman really helped me with my situation when I had my car accident . Long story short , the person that hit me , her insurance only offer $1000 which wouldn’t cover my expenses on what I went through , so I turned it over to Hughes and Coleman and they fought hard to give me the most to pay most of my expenses , no sugar coating they let me know every step they took , didn’t pressure me which built trust and I have to say , this law firm really helped me out , thank god for Hughes and Coleman , I really appreciate everything they have done especially Ben coleman and Ms. Roberta , they really took care of me !!!! I recommend anybody to do business with them .

This firm blasts my TV with their ads about slip and fall cases. I called them after I slip on wet liquid in a hospital parking garage. I hit hard my shoulder, hip, knee and a recently stitched elbow. I got nowhere with the hospital and I called that afternoon the same day.
I got a letter in the mail 3 days later saying they can't take my case. Why not? No explanation in their stock letter.
A horrible time to be told no and with no reason.

It didn’t take long. I had all my medical bills covered. Which was a bonus. The overall experience with being into terrible accident wasn’t bad. Thanks you guys for making it easier process for me.

I approached this firm with a very sensitive subject matter as a potential case. I answered all requested questions, sent all requested emails and waited for follow up. Weeks went by. When I asked for status I was told that the partners were still researching the case. After not hearing anything for another week, I receieved a generic form letter only saying that they couldn’t take the case. No explanation. No phone call. No email. The only other thing in the letter was an advertisement of everything they’re really great at. What a complete waste of time.

Hughes and Coleman stands by their word for fighting for their clients rights from beginning to end. I was rear-ended days before Christmas by an uninsured drunk driver. The damage was devastating. My truck was brand new still with temporary plates. Christmas gifts broken in the back from our trip to the mall. I had a concussion and couldn't remember ANYTHING!!! Andrew Coleman was there every step of the way and fought hard to get me what I deserved. My own insurance company settled out at the policy limits, which still is not equal to what I would have gotten had the irresponsible drunk been insured, but it was EVERYTHING that I could possibly recieve! Hughes & Coleman took care of Everything, for me from the beginning of my car accident, bills, insurance claims, to settlement. They were very understanding and easy to work with through the entire process. They got me more money than I thought I would get.

I will and have recommended Hughes &Coleman, they are the best! They have made this process easy for me and answered all my questions. When I need to talk to Jody she has been there to listen to me, and when I had to talk to Ben Coleman my attorney, he has been there to explain everything!

Ripoffs I called different lawyer's in town, they said they charged 20 to 25 percent, then after doing all the work they said 35 percent.
And with other billing charges could be as high as 50 percent.
Waste of my time!
