This law firm hires unprofessional, inexperienced attorneys. I was told during the closing of my case by my attorney that he didn't want to lose money on the case and I should accept the offer. I was also told by him that my military service did not matter because there was no disability rating and regardless of how the injury impacted my career, it carried no weight. Half way through the case my original attorney handed the case over to the dreaded used car salesman. Never again!

When my wife and daughter got hurt in the car accident Morgan and Morgan were there to be the voice. The faught every step of the way. We know money doesn't ever equal to the amount of a person's life but they got us the money we deserved. All in all we are happy with what we got.

Morgan and Morgan gave up on my case the second it started to get complicated.

WHAT A WAY TO FIGHT FOR THE PEOPLE. MY LITTLE BOY DIED BY DROWNING ON SOMEONES POOL THAT DID NOT HAD A GATE AND THIS ATTORNEY THAT IS SUPPOSED TO FIGHT FOR US CON US TO TAKE THE DEAL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM THEY WILL SELL YOU DOWN THE RIVER. IS ALL ADVERTISEMENT. I COULD HAVE FILE THE CLAIM MYSELF. I WANTED TO SUE

Another joke. For the people lmao! It better make them a lot of money or you can forget your claim. I was physically and mentally injured at a company. They took my case, then sent an investigator out. After trying to get ahold of my lawyer for almost two weeks they emailed me saying they were not taking my case. For the people . Maybe they should be called for certain people! I had a very legit workers comp claim and they just dismissed it without out even knowing all the facts. Definitely would not recommend unless you were almost killed ‍♂️

They referred me to another law office that was out of state and only did things through email. You never have any face to face interactions or come to their office, the name of that law firm is Simon & Simon and they are very pushy but polite. I am very disappointed in them.

Please stay away from this law firm! I was being represented by John Spies for two years and received no treatment from work comp. I was told we would be litigating and the litigation would take 6 months to a year and two years later we have a court date, however, he let the defense attorney decide what was best for his client instead of listening to me. He tried to intimidate me to go to an appointment and even told me that I was wasting everyone’s time and was the whiniest person he has met in 15 years. If trying to figure out how to get paid to miss work for repeated appointments is considered whiny then he obviously doesn’t care about his clients. I would’ve recommended the firm, just not him, until I contacted their client services and made them aware of his unprofessional rude behavior and they did nothing with that information. I was told by Nancy that his comments were wrong and she would forward it to a supervisor. I never heard from a supervisor until I threatened to call the bar association. I was told another lawyer would be taking my case. I have a review hearing soon and still to this day I haven’t heard from another lawyer! They put a lien on my case because it’s obvious that they are worried about getting paid a settlement instead of trying to get medical treatment that I have needed for two years! They are not for the people! They are for the money!

Spoke to the them with injury case, they said there wasn't a case. We go to court to settle in 2weeks with a real law firm. When you get big you start to overqualify cases and if you're not big enough, they just say you don't have a case. No longer for all the people, just the ones that make enough per case.

If I could give them 0 stars in my case I would. I had a bad fall at a business last year in August, and fractured my left wrist. So i called Morgan and Morgan, and Brandon Smith called me ,and took my case. Mailed him all my bills sent him pictures where I fell at ,and everything. So today 11 months later he called me ,and said he has to drop my case because my medical bills weren't high enough. After 11 months you are going to just drop me. For the people is a bunch of crock. Its more like for them. My thoughts about it was I think he got paid off. Pretty sure thats what it was. Pretty dirty to do your clients like that. Don't even bother with these crocks.

Fast and efficient!!! Very professional staff.would recommend to friends and family needing legal help.
