Review: After seeing online pictures I totally understand. I wasted ten + minutes (TWO DIFFERENT TIMES) on the phone with what was in my opinion, a young person who just couldn't understand or get simple responses to their own questions; they couldn't find citation, with "LID", ticket number, DOB, or name. I suggest hiring smarter people. Thanks for the letter though; I didn't even think of hiring representation.
