After seeing online pictures I totally understand. I wasted ten + minutes (TWO DIFFERENT TIMES) on the phone with what was in my opinion, a young person who just couldn't understand or get simple responses to their own questions; they couldn't find citation, with "LID", ticket number, DOB, or name. I suggest hiring smarter people. Thanks for the letter though; I didn't even think of hiring representation.

Donald Jenkins got my case dismissed! This was my second time hiring this firm and I am very satisfied with the results! If I get another ticket I’ll hire them again!

Worst punctuality and overall attitude! I know the guy that worked on my case was terrible. I got there at 740 early like they ask. Well I did not talk to Donald Jenkins until a little after 9. And he told me my option and I wanted to wait to see if I could get a ticket dismissed. He told me it would not be until 10:30 or I little after. Well 1030 rolls nothing 1100 still nothing , 1130 still no sight of him. I ended up getting up to go look for him in the hallway and bumped into the officer that gave me a ticket. Me and him actually had a nice conversation that he started. Then I see Jenkins while im with the officer and officer tells me just have be patience. Well 15 minutes later Jenkins finally calls me and told me "seriously Elizabeth harassing a police officer, that not good for your case." At that point I thought he talk to the officer and I just asked for defensive driving thinking that conversation i had actually hurt my case or the officer and his had exchanged words. So jenkins told the judge I wanted dd and then doesn't even say bye or anything and walked off. As I was leaving I saw the officer again( who even though I got a traffic ticket from was very nice and I was at fault for the ticket) anyways he ask what did I just do and I said I just asked for defensive driving and he told me "oh gosh you should have just waited " BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO DISMISS IT! I'm just completely displeased with the sevice I received today, attitude from Jenkins and the punctuality. I understand being a little late but man out of 40 people I was part of the last 7 that a few were from Sullo and Sullo. That was my first ticket and hopefully my last. If you do decide to get this attorney I hope it works well. All situation are different I know, I just hope they can working on being on time and prompt and smile.

Attorney Don Jenkins handled my case as a true professional. At traffic court, I witnessed the other attorneys treat their clients as a hassle. Mr. Jenkins was pleasant and professional to all his clients. In my case, his ability to communicate with the police officer and the District Attorney ultimately resulted in my case being dismissed. Second time using Sullo&Sullo for a minor traffic ticket. First time, officer didn't show and it was no problem. This time, the officer showed and is apparently kind of a stickler about letting tickets go or making deals. It took some time, but Harold got it dismissed. He talked me through a few possible deals we could work out to try and keep the ticket off my record and lower my fine, but that ended up not even being needed. Just let the man work his magic.

I went to Sullo & Sullo for a speeding in a school zone ticket. Attorney Harold represented me. At first I was losing hope, but Mr. Harold tried all his best and ended up with getting my ticket dismissed, I truly appreciate his effort.
