Review: Called to schedule a patent consultation with this firm a week in advance with my partner. We showed up expecting a meeting, however we surprised to find out that our "confirmed" appointment never made it on the books. The individual who I spoke with didn't even have the common courtesy to apologize herself and sent the front desk receptionist.
We will be filing with a different firm, and I suggest those seeking a patent do the same.
