I met Kennedy September 14, 2018, when I needed a legal fee expert for an arbitration, but had missed a deadline. He was good to point out that organizational structures affect whether someone has to pay fees, but had it wrong about the firm suing me, but I figured out online that LLPs never have to pay fees. He also thought he could get a TRO to stop the arbitration, but I eventually tried on my own and learned courts have no jurisdiction over arbitration. .

At that time he was farming work out to lawyer Renee Culp in Fort Worth, and suggested I work with her on my filings, with him just as the expert, and she was a disaster, but he later told me he stopped working with her.

The arbitrator prevented Kennedy serving as an expert, so I have no idea how he would have done. He wanted me to agree legally to pay whatever he billed and never question his bill, and I didn't want to do that. I later needed a legal fee expert for a related matter, and found Nicole Leboeuf, with whom I was happy. I only paid Kennedy the $350 consultation fee.

If he has an expertise you are seeking, he may be good at that. I concur with the others here that he is a very nice person.
