Being someone who has never had to deal with legal issues, having a charge against me was anxiety-inducing to say the least. I contacted a college buddy of mine who is a Lawyer in Kansas, and since my case was in Missouri, he gave me Greg's info and told me he is "The best guy to handle this for me." Greg is very organized and will do most communication between him and the prosecutor(s)/other attorneys before the actual appearance. I've learned (from him) that many attorneys will try to squabble and argue like you would see on tv, but by him handling the issues before my appearance it made for a much more (dare I say this???) "enjoyable" court appearance experience. This isn't applicable to my situation, but I also know he's not afraid to take cases to trial... in fact... I believe he enjoys the challenge.
