Very good polite professional so a paralegal explain my situation showed my documentation and proof paralegal then summoned and attorney for which we all went to the attorney's office paralegal handed everything over to the attorney the attorney and I sat in the office for at least an hour attorney was very nice very informative explained everything to me advised me told me if I have any other problems or questions or issues with this situation to feel free to call the attorney back but would not give me a business card or telephone number so therefore when I called back I had to do the whole process over again with the 800 number and sit and wait for somebody to answer because you get in line and then when they answer your call you have to explain everything from the beginning and they look it up on the computer and say oh yes you were here on such and such a date hold on let me transfer you to the attorney which I think could all be avoided if the attorneys would just give you their business card and the direct line to speak with them or an extension number so that when you call a different number and rather than the general 800 number call a specific number for people that are established clients where you can just say I'm so and so I'm An established client I need to speak with the attorney at extension such and such which would save a good half hour 45 minute wait on the telephone

They are the worst, Legal Aid my ass. I was talking to the receptionist about my problem and was hung up on. I called 3 more times and was hung up on. I would give a -10 stars on this if I could.

I called twice this week and these people are so rude. I was yelled at and hung up on. If they dont like their job go find another one. Horrible service. Supposed to help the public but complete opposite.

Only Thai in area. Nice atmosphere, nice staff, great food. Good gluten-free options and dairy free! They will customize your order for you. Is overpriced because they know they're the only good Thai restaurant within an hour.

They help! Even if they can't take your case, they point you in right direction. Personally we were helped out by them and they did an amazing professional job, but I have seen others that I have recommended to them that they weren't able to represent and yet they still made the extra effort to make sure my friends had a good idea of what needed to happen.

Wow, I was more than impressed with the help I received from them! Running late as usual, they still provided me with legal document preparation I needed done quickly! Normally, I would have done them myself - laws in Arkansas are very different than California, which means either hiring a very overpriced attorney, or for those of us without the means to do so - contact Legal Aid of Arkansas! They were so helpful and did an outstanding job of helping through a very troubling time! I can’t thank them enough!

Extremely overpriced for the type of hotel. If I had not been so tired, I would absolutely have went to another.

Terrible didn't get any results from after filing for help.They were to represent me and didn't they closed my case after fighting for my identity.Specifically told the director not to share my information and she did with the IRS attorney still fighting after years.Terrible service.If anything service were rendered I was not aware of anything that was done on my behalf at anytime.

They've been so informative and helpful to me I honestly don't know what I've done with that and thank you so much again legal aid your life saver

Like most government-run places they have more work then they can handle but the people there handle it in a professional manner. If you are patient they will help you they have helped me a great deal in the past although there was a long wait to get to the people to help you but that is to be expected at most government places have you been to get your driver's license renewed recently if you have you'll understand what I'm talking about

Phone operator just hangs up the call purposely if she don't have an answer for you
