I had the pleasure of appointing Andrew Moses as my attorney for a case in which I was being accused of two charges with one being rather serious. I was innocent of these accusations and I searched through many attorneys to find one that I felt comfortable having defend me and that would take my case seriously. Andrew Moses is a life saver and an amazing lawyer. I came to him with a felony driving on suspended license. Because I am a convicted felon from over ten years ago I was scoring out to prison time. Not only did I not serve one day in jail, Andrew actually got the charges dropped. Anyone who has been convicted of a felony, no matter how long ago, knows how hard it is to get a job, house, even have a normal life. Andrew saved my life by getting these charges dropped. After receiving a red light violation in Apopka, I was referred to Mr. Mosses through a friend. I had not received the first notice sent by Apopka's red light vendor, ATS. I did however, receive a certified letter from ATS months later informing me my violation was now going to put points on my license, my license would be suspended and my fine nearly doubled for non-payment.

After speaking with Mr. Moses only a few times, he took my case and told me he would handle. Due to timing and a holiday, the court did not enter my request for a hearing timely which resulted in my license going into a pre-suspension state. Mr. Moses quickly got the court to clear up the mistake and my license was return to an active state in short order.

Once a court date was established, Mr. Moses told me I did not need to appear and that he would let me know the outcome. Mr. Moses appeared on my behalf and was able to have the ticket and all fines dismissed.

I cannot say enough about the law office of Moses and Rooth. They are excellent attorneys and wonderful people. I am a pharmacist that was charged with multiple counts of trafficking in Oxycodone which called for a minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years per count which amounted to close to 100 years. I am a law abiding citizen with no criminal record and was arrested for dispensing forged prescriptions from a very experienced drug ring in Central FL. I struggled for 5 years to handle a DMV issue as I was wrongfully given a suspended license and 23 citations.
