Really poor response from lawyers go girl. Had to find the money for myself. Not like the commercial at all. Really disappointed.

Waited too long to tell me via letter they were not taking my case! I never heard from these people unless I initiated the calls. I would not recommend these people.

I had to had to use the firm on two separate occasions they are excellent, I have a friend that was in need of their service and they called him back immediately and are helping him with his situation. Absolutely deplorable. Left me in stasis forever then called to ask about my review I wasnt available to speak at the time they called (to talk about my review on Facebook) and they closed my case an hour later. Retaliation out the wazoo at this place. They retaliate against the exact people they advertise to help. It's vile.

I would suggest a local attorney that doesn't have a lot of advertising on tv. Very low outcome for the case and the attorney actually told us that they have had people that died in an accident that didn't receive anything. I would definitely not recommend in auto accident case.

Not sure why my insurance case took two years to settle from Hurricane Irma. Be prepared to hand over 1/3 of your settlement. I also was charged a lot of money for materials. I got some paperclips and paperwork. Sparce communication as well.

I contacted the firm after a car accident I was involved in that occurred in September 2019. I was explained how the firm handled cases at no charge to me unless we received a settlement and then the firm would receive a third of the settlement as their fee. My case manager Brett Ashbrook was a consummate professional and stayed in contact with me through the entire process. Brett informed of the best way to handle things through the firm and quite frankly what to expect moving forward in the process. I had an experimental device inserted in my back to alleviate my pain. Since the surgery, the pain is worse. I have to get cortisone shots every 3-4 months and they do very little. I submitted all my info to them and they said they wouldn't take the case. Very disappointed in them. If they had me come in with all of my paperwork, I'm sure they'd see the I do have a legit case against the manufacturer of the device.

My wife was involved in a car accident that we believe was the fault of the DOT. We reached out to Morgan & Morgan for assistance and were contacted by Scott Cronin. After an initial investigation the attorney, Derek Connel sent papers to open the case. Next, wife was directed to see a chiropractor that Derek Scott insisted she go to. We asked if she could see our local chiropractor but was told she had to go to their guy who was an hour away. After 4 months, 4 times a week seeing this chiropractor who had then sent her to get 2 MRI's we got a letter stating they had decided to not pursue the case. Since then we have incurred over $8 thousand dollars in bills for the MRI's and the chiropractor. My wife is in constant pain with the damage from the accident, and we're stuck with collection agencies ruining our credit!B.T.W. they don't even return your phone calls. For the People???

The staff at the Melbourne Office of Morgan and Morgan are amazing. Attorney Robert Hoag was extremely attentive to our needs and walked us through each step of the process from receiving our complaint, to filing suit, to deposition preparation, to case conclusion. Within minutes of emailing or calling the firm, Mr. Hoag would return my call, and offered his cell number, in case we needed to contact him after hours (never needed to do that thankfully).

Mr. Derrick Connell and his staff were considerate and helpful. They were aware of extenuating circumstances concerning my situation and were very accommodating. It was a pleasure to work with them and if the need ever arose again, I would seek their counsel.

I NEVER even heard from my actual lawyer, only his paralegal/secretary. Contact with her was spotty at best as I'd sometimes wait days for a reply. When it finally came to settle, Morgan and a Morgan took their 1/3 right off the top with an additional $445 in "fees", my personal insurance took a huge chunk of the rest, and that left me just over $3000 from the $30,000 max.
How moral is it for an attorney to receive almost 3x more than the injured client? When I asked if they could reduce their take of the settlement, the paralegal said she would "Check with the lawyer. But they would have to contact "corporate." A week later, with no reply, I called back to find out the status of the settlement and if they would waive. The paralegal informs me of the payout breakdown. There was about $3000 still outstanding in bills from my accident which left me just over $1000. Thankfully, one of my doctors said he would waive the outstanding $2000 I owed him so I would not get screwed so bad. I inform "my lawyer" and the paralegal confirms this and I again ask about the lawyer reducing their take a little. Again "I'll check with the lawyer." I follow up a few days later to check the status of my case. She then informs me a check is ready for pick up to which I ask if there's a reduction from the law firm. "I'll check with the lawyer." When I show to pick it up on my lunch break from work, I see there is no reduction from the lawyer and the check is dated from a week prior, after my doctor wrote from his outstanding balance. Why lie about "Checking with the lawyer" if you're not going to?
A motorcycle accident caused by a negligent driver in a car, broken bones and cuts, misdiagnosis of a fractured wrist as a sprain, two surgeries, MONTHS of physical therapy, and constant pain since and my lawyers get more money than me?

They even managed to get my hearing moved up becuase my health is deteriorating and I had been in the ICU for several weeks. The insurance company treated me poorly, offered me little for the extensive hurricane damage to my home so in desperation I turned to Morgan & Morgan and they assigned their attorney Robert Hoag to my case. What a breath of fresh air that was. He handled all further contact with the insurance company and we just finalized with them paying all the damages plus my loss of use while they drug their feet.
