I loaned my son $500 because this lawyer told us, he would ask the courts a change of venue, the day we paid' his staff filed it at the court house august 2017. After 3-4 weeks my son ask for an update' this lawyer said-----comply with your wifes attorney and then we will discuss things..when i called the court house to see what the hold up was they informed me buckley has done nothing, he hasnt fallowed up to even ask the courts for our change of venue at all...he's done nothing"..so in other words....you throw your money away if you hand' it to him. We now are hireing another lawyer to finish' the job we paid him' to do. If it were up to me' id file a complaint against this law firm with the Bar and seek damages. Lol we're glad we didnt hire him for a divorce lawyer. If you want results' DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY ON 'THIS FIRM'. And if he has done this to you, file complaints. He was hired to ask the courts for a change of venue' not side with his wifes lawyer. not to mention she moved to sedalia may 19th filed for divorce before the residencey law required. (Hughsville) neither lawyer knows his wife was released from State of missouri care june 2011. Of course he didnt want to hear any of that. He wanted money...for NOTHING.
