He spoke honestly and bluntly. I wouldn't ask for any less.

We hired Jason to represent our 2 oldest children in a case against their step-mother. He represented their step-mother more than our children. He acted disgusted by what we were doing stating that we were not right in what we were doing. We paid him a lot of money to tell us how wrong we were for doing what we were doing. The part he didn't know: the step-mother was selling everything she could to get the money before the kids could get anything, she was lying, cheating, and treating the children terrible, and she ended up getting married about 3 months after the kids dad died. And he treated us terrible!!! I would never recommend him to anyone who really needs someone to actually represent them fairly. He can do all the appropriate paperwork but compassion he is lacking; unless it's compassion for those who are lying, cheating, and stealing but playing the part of a victim. Don't waste your valuable time or money using Jason. You will be greatly disappointed!!

My husband and I just completed our Trust with Jason Fletes and wanted to highly recommend his service! He was Very thorough,effecient and affordable! We procrastinated for years in doing this and am so relieved now that it is done and Jason made it so easy for us!

Does not return calls in over a week after messages were left and made a poor excuse when he knew that calls were made to his office. His office denied certify mailing of response. He aslo denied due process in PFA. I think he is an attorney without integrity and shady. There are good Attorneys the fight for their clients that have good character and integrity that respect the law. He is NOT that kind of Attorney. Attorney Flete has not responded to calls after hand delivery of response at court and a promise to call in a few days.
