Quick and very easy to deal with. Accessible even during the Holidays and most of it was handled using online interaction (which I prefer). I paid them a week prior to my court date. And called the next day to let them know which court house I would need their services. I called the morning of my court date to see where they were 20 minutes before the courthouse was in session. And he had no idea I had court he was late and did not stand with me. I was told they would be in touch with the Prosecutors office to get things handled before hand. But nothing was done.
