I interviewed multiple attorneys in the KCMO area and none of them were upfront about information I needed to know like Allen. I chose Allen and could not have been more grateful. He is upfront, an industry expert in his field and really cares about the best interest of his clients and their families. He was focused on the purpose of the hearing and never veered. I felt secure during the entire process (February to late July). I was provided continuous updates as it relates to hearings, documentation, etc., his invoices tell you exactly what you are paying for and his rates are not high at all. Allen and his team are conscious of the time they put in and make every attempt to keep costs low. The final hearing ended in our favor. He makes you feel like you are a team and not going through this process alone. I recommend him for other individuals that are going through family court issues.

Hired to handle a family law matter. He did absolutely nothing other than delay filing the necessary paperwork to burn the retainer. Changed attorneys early on in the process and had much better results and responsiveness with the other firm.

Worst of the worst. Lazy. Incompetent. Got his rear slammed at court. Why in the world I hired him for the appeal but I did. Was made a fool at the western district court of appeals. Unless it’s an easy case with little bickering don’t hire him because he has no you know what. Is like a dog with his tail between its legs in court.

After firing my first attorney, I hired Allen. He's been around awhile and hasn't been burnt out yet by this depressing type of law. He is not very verbose ad keeps things nice and quick which is a blessing when you have someone charging for their time. I have since had to use him again and refer my friends to him when they are seeking a divorce or similar issues. His paralegal, Melissa, does a great job of getting documents filed and sent, keeping mind at ease and explaining where you are at in the process with your case.

After seeing this man have a complete lack of care or morals even by attorney standards I will say I am discussed. What he will do for a dollar bill is shocking !!!He does not care for people or children (he does not even like kids I have overheard him say it) he only cares about taking your money and hurting family's. In my opinion we should be disbarred. He mocks his clients behind there backs and makes it a nightmare to get a call back. To anyone looking for leagle help don't let his videos trick you he is not worth your time or money !!!

Awful. Rating him as my opposing attorney. Won’t respond to my attorney. Ignores phone calls and emails. Just simply won’t respond. This divorce has drug out for almost a year and there’s no reason for it. Only a 3 year marriage with NO children. Maybe this is his way of gouging my ex for as much money as he can squeeze out of this. Which is fine, I’m in no rush, but thought I’d just be helpful to someone else that might be considering him.

He has always done a great job for me.

Inquired about custody agreement if mediation doesn't work. Did not need a attorney to complete this action. If council was retained it will cost me $5,000 to go to court for custody. They were quick, up front, honest, and professional. Recommended.
