As a person he is great

Kurt James is an amazing lawyer! You will not regret hiring him. For one, he annihilated my wife’s lawyer in court, but he also taught me so much about the law, and what I needed to do (and not do) in order to win primary custody of my son.

At the time, I was extremely angry and scared of losing my son, but he was able to make me understand that I needed to forget what happened between my wife and I, and I instead needed to focus on what’s best for my child.

He is currently on probation. He should be ashamed to call himself an attorney.

The worst. Unethical. As stated by another -- he is currently getting his hand slapped by the ABA. He should be disbarred. DISGRACE. FFF!!!

Hired him to get custody of my daughter. The case was easy; the mother had a criminal history, and continues to obstruct my parental rights. He didn't come close. Then became verbally abusive towards me. Tried to charge me for stuff he didn't do as well! Don't go to attorneys that are right across from the courthouse; they aren't good, just desperate to make dollars off of someone's tragedy.

He is a great and caring lawyer.

Kurt Represented me in a support case with limited means, and saved me from the State of Kansas charging more in support than I was earning in a month. He did so without a retainer, and I am forever grateful for his work on my behalf.
