I feel that anytime I needed to reach you I could and knew even if I had left a message it would be returned quickly. Parmele was always on top of things and helped me through every process of my case.

I have just started the process of obtaining benefits for disability, and I am very happy that they took my case. Without their help and guidance, I feel that I would be at a huge disadvantage. They were upfront and honest with me about the process. Plus, took the time to explain it could take quite a while to be approved and start receiving benefits--if we were to win my case. They are very professional and in my dealings with them they've been extremely nice to me. Thumbs up so far!

I was pleased with the way things were handled. There were a lot of forms but they filled them out and explained anything that I had questions about. They were very informative and friendly.

Filed over a year ago and was denied in February. They appealed for me. They called last week - June 2019 and told me ss had closed the case because they had not received the appeal. However Parmele stated they had conformation ss had received it. If I would come to the office they could correct this & have an answer in 90 days. went to the appt today and the conformation they pulled from my file was someone else.(completely different name & state!) They then wanted me to start over & refile. No thank you. I've seen enough incompetence.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say about these people! My case was done and over with in less than a year. I went to court and told my health story to the judge and that was it! My lawyer was by my side. My case was a bit difficult bc I waited many years after I could no longer work to apply for disability but Parmele somehow MADE IT HAPPEN!
If you need help Parmele IS the place to go! Amazing, Kind, Wonderful souls..ALL of their employees I spoke with knew their job and this along with thier kindness all made something difficult for me so much easier! They EARNED EVER DIME THEY GOT!

They really couldn't tell me definitely that I would win, but that they would do what they could to help me with my case. I felt a little frustrated that they often did not return my calls or give me the answers to my questions, but did tell me to be patient. They did forward to Social Security all of the treatment/doctor contact sheets I filled out and sent back, and filed the appeals in a timely manner when Social Security denied me. They also told me after I got frustrated at lack of communication from them, that the majority of the work takes place when they gather information to support my claim when it goes for a hearing. Fortunately Social Security decided fully favorable on my claim before I was to have my hearing. I will not give 5 stars, because I feel that they could have done a better job of keeping me in the loop and having my calls returned by someone who could fully answer my questions.

When I arrive at the Parmele Law Firm they have made me feel like I am somebody special for me I have been deneid 4 times for disability and to have someone to talk too you and willing to help me out and by the way I am homeless because of my major hearattack for a year now and I am with my son jyden that just turn 15 teen it's veeb hard. And Winter just pass and I thank God for being so kind to me and my son jyden I'm beginning to cry right now and I don't have any more to say right now thank you again
