We spoke to David for a divorce consultation today and he was ZERO help, I asked him a few questions regarding his consultation price & he stopped me before I even finished my statement and said his time is $300/hr and my case would be $5000-$20,000 and he would take no less than $5,000 from me. Literally going through the hardest thing of my life and luckily for me, money isn’t an issue but I refuse to pay someone like this my money, I will find a better attorney suited for my needs.

Highly recommend Mr Wells. He is blunt and will tell you exactly what you can do going through a divorce. He will be my attorney as long as he is able to practice law as he knows the law front and back. I am a dad and was happy with the results acquired through the lengthy process. He knows all the judges (including appellate judges in case there is an appeal). He will fight for you and what you want and tell you how to get the end result you want, if it is feasible in the eyes of the court. I had a free consultation with this loser several years ago and I left there in tears. I went to find out about the process of going through a divorce and to see how much it would cost, as I was low income. He told me not to bother getting a divorce because I was too fat to get a job. He said nobody would hire someone who has stayed home with their children as a homemaker as long as I had, and especially no one would hire a fat woman. He also told me I couldn't afford his fees and that I would probably end up working as a barmaid or at McDonalds and therefore I should just stay in my rotten marriage because I could never do better. He destroyed what little self esteem I had left and I think he is a monster. Oh, and he also said that his own secretary was fat and was lucky to have been hired by him.
