Mr. Prugh has been my lawyer through thick and thin. He is an ultra-professional and well respected leader in the community. Mr. Prugh honorably served his county in the U.S. Army, he was a law Instructor at Ft Leonard Wood and now he (and his team) continue to faithfully serve the local community by providing a very fair, ethical and moral legal team. I’m a disabled, retired veteran and I have trusted Mr. Prugh with my legal affairs for over 10 years now. My business will continue to stay with his team and I have every faith that he and his team will go above and beyond the call of duty for everyone they represent.

Mark Prugh has saved my family from multiple instances that could of ended in jail time. I understand that sometimes cases don't go peoples way and they can in turn place all the blame on the attorney. But I can tell you that Mark has done so much for me and my family that I could never repay him for. I would ask you as a person reading this review to go and ask more people in the community about the Prugh Law Office and they'll tell you how much that office has done for them. Of course there will be people who leave bad reviews simply because they are unhappy with the outcome of their unwinable case but if you really want competent representation go with the Prugh Law Office.

My father hired him as a immigration lawyer to process my case. We had zero clue how immigration worked. What could've been a simple process turned into hella complications. They spent most of the time trying to figure out with us whether I'm eligible for citizenship or green card, confused about my status when in reality I'm just a overstay that is getting sponsored for a green card through my father, a dual citizen. It took about 2 years for them to only submit my petition, I still have to file my green card application once this goes through. If this team had professional knowledge in this, they would've filed this the most efficient way, instead of doing only what my father said, who has/had zero knowledge of immigration which is why he sought legal help. Yeah I understand that the client has a say but we were looking for a professional for a reason. It's like a first day student doing the teachers work, with the teacher. I just don't believe his office has anyone with enough knowledge in immigration laws and they took advantage of us knowing less. It's easy to get the information from the uscis website and consider it doing legal work and charge us attorney filing fees. Spent thousands of unnecessary dollars for a simple process that could've cost half of what we paid. Was told gibberish such as that my case would take 9 to 12 months to process my petition once submitted, instead of what in reality is taking years. Now I don't even hear from him or his "paralegal" in CA anymore. Nice people, I'm sure he's good at other cases although I heard he's notorious for unnecessarily stretching out cases, but I would never recommend him or his team to handle immigration cases.

I have known Attorney Prugh for over 13 years. The word “disappointment” does not encompass the total depth of despair I feel about hiring him to represent me during a recent legal dispute. During his representation of me (for a case that was supposed to be quick and simple but ended up dragging out approximately 2 1/2 years), Attorney Prugh repeatedly showed an unprofessional demeanor. He often confused my case with his other clients, and I am convinced that my case never received the full attention that it rightly deserved. If it had, we would have avoided many of the pitfalls that we encountered due to Attorney Prugh’s indolent and negligent actions. Although I disclosed many critical details and facts throughout to Attorney Prugh—details and facts that were sound and relevant—he failed time and again to present them to the court and they were never addressed. Attorney Prugh made frequent grievous errors, which resulted in much additional work and effort on my part as I frantically tried to provide damage control to the Missouri Child Support Division that I would have never had to provide had it not been for the inattentive actions of my attorney. Also, after charging me an additional $5,000 on top of what I had already paid, he made promises to me that were never met, one of the most important being, “I'll get you your attorney fees back and then some.” Needless to say, that was money thrown to the wind that I will never see again. Although I had to take countless hours off work to do so, I attended every court hearing about my case, which allowed me to observe and hear Attorney Prugh and the opposing attorney in action. I was surprisingly and repeatedly appalled and disappointed as I witnessed my case rapidly go downhill at an alarming speed. I trusted Attorney Prugh as my legal counsel, but I received harmful, less-than-mediocre legal services from him in return. I believe that I was swindled out of thousands of dollars and that I was totally misrepresented—simply because he never took the time to become familiar with anything about my case. He regularly relied on what he called a “Matrix” to help “refresh” his memory, which I can assure you never “refreshed” anything adequately. Attorney Prugh’s legal performance was so damaging that I decided to write the presiding judge a letter, which I hand-delivered to the clerk myself. When I attempted (on several occasions) to inform Attorney Prugh of my concerns, he began placing the blame on me (the client). I recently left an online review about him (the first that I have ever written), and later that same day, I received a threatening voice mail message from him, telling me that he was now free to post any observations that he has of me, both personally and professionally, ending his message with, “and believe me, I won’t hold back.” He told me that I had two days to contact him, but that “appropriate action would be taken regardless.” This only reaffirmed my opinions of Attorney Prugh’s unprofessionalism, unethical conduct, and abuse of legal authority. KLW - Dissatisfied Client!!!

One of the best law firms in the county if not the state. Dedicated, diligent, professional, and truly care about each and every client. I have used them 3x and I highly recommend them to anyone!

His office always is there for you no matter what is going on. I just started working with them a few days ago. Anytime I call they are there to answer. Positive all the way around. I couldn't ask for better people to support my family as we go though this.

Extremely positive experience working with the team at the Prugh Law Office. Our case was handled by Mark Prugh and his legal team with care and exemplary dedication. Mark's team was awesome to work with and handled our legal affairs with professionalism and more importantly, made us feel like our case was as important to them as it was to us. We couldn't ask for more or be more happy in working with this team. They helped us fight the fight and navigate through an extremely complex situation...at least, extremely complex to me. Thanks, Prugh Law Office! Frustrating to see anonymous comments posted about this great team.

Working with Mark Prugh et al. has been a seemingly inescapable nightmare. He overcharges for his subpar services. The most disappointing feature of Mark Prugh is that he is a West Point graduate, but lacks the ethics one would attribute and expect of a graduate. Please heed my warning and do not make the mistake of hiring this attorney. He has absolutely no desire to win a case, which is sad; it is apparent that money is all that matters to him. I would like to note that I did not even give him a chance to lose my case before booting him and hiring a different attorney. When looking for an attorney it is important to be somewhat knowledgeable about the laws surrounding your legal issue, and to find every review possible for the attorney you are seeking to hire (something I learned the hard way).
