I hired Clark Jones at the end of July 2018. He was a referral from bondsman David Haley. I’ couldnt of been more satisfied with Jones’s work. He filed a motion to the court to squash all evidence. And the judge ruled in my favor and all charges were dismissed . Illegal search and Siezure. A violation of my rights . Clark proved. They were some hefty charges. Clark Jones did an excellent job on my case and through his diligence and past wins, we held important leverage over the D.A., gaining a favorable deal. Up until the last minute the D.A. was unsure of his chance at a victory in a crucial motion, that would have called for a dismissal of all charges. My lack of trust in the judge making a "just" decision is the only thing that swayed me to making a deal. The odds of a total win was actually on our side, and even now, I believe we would have won, but it was a good deal.
