Spoke to the secretary who felt she was the manager. She was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and after explaining my situation stated, and I quote, "Sounds like you need to hire a lawyer". Still not sure where all my money went to as this att had nothing prepared and compared to the competition looked like a joke, maybe bc he looked up to the other parties attorny so deserpertly. After paying 1500$ as a deposit along w another 1000 shortly after 2 weeks begore trial in which i was promised wld get me thru trial i recieved a call 4 days before my trial saying i was 1000 in the hole and they would need a min of 2000 to go on to trial as a mother of 3 already 3000 in debt i didnt have it i askef gor a payment agreement and was told that wasnt an option. David then put in his withdrawl w the court. The night before trial i finally found a way to borrow the 2000 first thing that am i desperetly call to ask david to still appear on my behalf that i had the money i was told he could not that it would be considered male practice... I have heard so many good things about shuler law firm and to this day for an att who charges 220$ an hour i am still shocked at the unproffesionalism i witnessed from this attorney, he came off so compassionate in the start.
