This office has been such a great help to me! I’ve been having such a hard time lately trying to handle a ticket situation, And everytime I call this office, not only does someone pick up ready to help, but everyone is also so kind while doing it. You can tell they genuinely really want to help you and are doing everything they can to give you the best help possible. One girl in particular ( I think her name is Shelby) was super kind to me and even helped my mother take care of some legal problems she was having. Overall it was a 10 out of 10 experience. I called this office due to information I had gotten from the website. I was told that their office did not have an attorney to handle our pending charges even though their website said otherwise. Receptionist was extremely rude and hung up on me while trying to make an appointment for a consultation with one of the criminal attorneys. I tried to call back and speak to the office manager and she refused to let me speak to that person (who ever that may be). I called back and was told by Shelby she was going to block my number. She needs to be remanded for the way she is treating potential clients.
