My family and I came to Mr. Tontz approximately one year ago with a tough probate case. Long story short, my grandfather's will had a clear intent when he passed away but there was a legal loophole that allowed a family member to try to claim everything for themselves. At first we didn't think we had a case but he took the time to research all of the facts and found a way to make a case for us. In the end, Mr. Tontz delivered everything that was promised to us initially in our grandfather's will.

I know that we weren't Mr. Tontz's only clients at the time but I couldn't tell a difference. He always made time to speak to me and my siblings either over the phone, email, or in person. My family is forever grateful for his efforts and professionalism in helping us through a difficult time.
