Wished I had more communication throughout, but Kylie and Christian did a great job! I had a levy that had taken place during shutdown, and same week gov opened back up, they got levies released despite all the chaos of the gov. shutdown. good results!

We had a very complicated case because we owned our own business and there was a problem with what was personal income and what was company income. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. There is no communication that you do not have to call and email them several several several times to get a response. If I could give them a negative rating I would. I hired Polston Tax to help me with a tax situation, caused by a narcissistic ex-husband. Actually my fault for believing him!! We were trying to work things out for our children. (I thought). We were married for 25 years and have 3 amazing children. He is the father of all of them. I had a career for 20 years and paid taxes diligently. I lost my job after 20 years of dedicated service.

I bought a home using money from my IRA about a year later. It was in February that I purchased my home, so my ex said don’t pay the taxes now . I asked him why not? He said we have a year before they are due and I will file it with mine and it won’t be as much. He was living in the home with us, so I thought it would help. He bales hay and has several tractors and hay equipment that depreciate yearly.

Fast forward a few years and I find out he didn’t file my stuff with his. He also claimed our youngest son that I am the custodial parent of. I was working a part-time job that requires a state license. What would have been like 20k quickly went to 45k. I figured this out when I got a letter from the state. They wanted to know why I hadn’t filed for a certain year. I had a state license and it said I couldn’t work passed a certain date. So at this point I was in a state of shock. I made him leave because of this. He was really upset and mad at me because I didn't want him around. He done this to try to ruin me. I lost that job because I now owed the state money, they wont renew your license if you owe them.

I literally felt embarrassed, ashamed, and mostly worthless of myself. I called Polston and they made me an appointment for a free consultation. I set down and started crying when I said I need help and don’t know what to do. I didn’t think anyone could help me. I was afraid of losing my home when my Son was a Senior.

The Polston Case Manager I was connected with is Madison Ury. I feel very lucky to have her on my side. She quickly calmed my fears about losing everything I had worked for. She is a professional and conducts business accordingly. She is prompt and explains things to me so I can understand them clearly.

Polston Tax, Norman, Oklahoma, has been working steadily for 10 years to obtain a favorable outcome on our taxes. I received word today that the IRS has accepted an offer of currently not collectable, saving us $647,085.52!!!!! Now we can breathe easier, and focus on raising our three grandchildren.

I was impressed by the promptness and pleasantness that Monica, our tax agent, displeased today. Monica is knowledgeable, polite and had a great grasp of tax matters, not to mention her great people skills. I will know more when our taxes are filed and follow up with a new report hopefully extolling the virtues of using Polston's tax services. I would recommend Polston tax services without hesitation.

I would give less then one star if possible. They drug my case out over a couple of years and after paying over 10k to them all they accomplished was filing my taxes. I had to hire a different Attorney who quickly got the IRS to reduce the amount they wanted. Do not use Polston, do not pay them up front.

Polston Tax has been handling my business taxes for a few years now and I can honestly say they are the best I have ever had to deal with.

If there were more stars available - I would give them. I have been with Polston for 5 years now and will stay with him for however long he is doing this! My first contact with him was because I had forgotten to file my taxes one year (did the file for the extension thing - then forgot). Because of that the IRS decided to go back and check a few years and decided that I owed them tens of thousands. Rod didn't judge, he dug in and saved me thousands.
Use him, he's worth his weight in gold!
