I hurt my leg in the Academy and had to go on workman's comp. I know where to start or who to call or who to contact I came across these people on TV commercial. In October of 2016 I was hit by a semi. I was in immense pain and knew I needed a lawyer as I could tell from the start I couldn't pay my medical bills for my injuries. I had no idea how lengthy and severe my injury would be. I ended up needing over a year of physical therapy, injections in my joint, countless Dr visits, pain management and surgery. Dan sent me a letter saying he was coming out of retirement and taking over my case personally...then he CHOOSE TO PLAY GOLF on a vital hearing date and sent an associate Ryan instead who told me the ins. company was only going to pay a small amount on an agreed denial....WITH NO MEDICAL TREATMENT.....and told me he didn't think it wise to take it to trial, because THEY DID NOT WORK ON MY CASE and had no actual details to even win.
THEN QUIT ON ME & PUT A LIEN ON MY CASE REALLY ?
I even sent them a written request for all my documents on my case and GOT THE SAME PAPERWORK I GAVE THEM TO START.
I even had to get a copy of the deposition taken in their own office from the insurance attorney who also supplied a STACK OF PAPERWORK they compiled showing they were working hard against me.
I had to go pro se on my own case as no lawyer would take my case after them and only had about 3 months to try and learn workers comp law before I had a financial meltdown and lost everything I have.....AND LOST
NOW I HAVE AN UNTREATED INJURY and OWE TENS OF THOUSANDS in medical bills
wish I could give them a ZERO RATING. ZERO ZERO ZERO RATING....
