I am more than satisfied with my experience at Cunningham and Mears. The first day I called the office was the day after I was in a bad auto accident caused by another driver, totaling my car.
Marcus personally came to pick me up so we could go over my case, but not only that, he thought to bring me to my wrecked car and helped me gather my possessions and brought me back home. Where to begin. I was involved in my very first car accident at the age of 36 and it was not my fault. I was injured in a car accident earlier in the year. I was extremely hesitant to have to deal with the insurance company regarding my medical bills because I know how quickly the insurance companies try to close out their claims. So, I called and spoke to someone with Cunningham and Mears. They managed to see me the next morning and were extremely helpful in helping me understand my rights and responsibilities as the injured party. Attorney Ryan Cunningham and his legal assistant Cyndi were super helpful throughout the entire process. Cyndi had me set up with a physician within 24 hours and e-mailed me regularly with any updates to my case and answered any questions I had. At one point I had a question she was unable to answer and I heard back from Ryan within a matter of 30 minutes. Had it not been for the insurance company dragging their feet, my case would've been completed quickly. Blake was incredibly friendly, helpful, and walked me through the entire process in dealing with the insurance company. One of the first calls made after my accident was to Marcus. He has handled my husband's accident 5 years previously and he provided excellent care through that process. He gave immediate advice on an emergency room and driving myself to the emergency room over taking the ambulance. (We called him from the site of the wreck.) This is a honest review. This is my first accident I was involved in and had no clue on what to do. I was represented by Ryan Cunningham in a three car accident that was not my fault. I found this law firm from a Google search and read the reviews and made my decision based on that. My experience was great! My biggest thing is communication, both Cyndi and Ryan exceeded in this category. Any questions or concerns I had they addressed it within minutes most of the time, but I always got a response before 24 hr period. I really didn't know what to expect out of my situation, but I am super pleased by my settlement, which I find is a true blessing.
