An absolute joke! Did not represent me in a negotiation after they were paid to do so and never let me know they weren't representing me until I got a final judgment for of $10,000. Do not recommend at all!

Half and hour wait, left a message and never got a call back.
This company is a joke! I don’t know why Freedom debt relief would associate with them. All they want is to collect money and no help is offered. You’re better off going to the court house yourself....

The worst place to possibly work. Very unprofessional and discriminating. Employees are a number to meet or exceed quotas...nothing more.

***STRONGLY ADVISE TO AVOID***This place is money hungry. They will only work on your account if it will make them money. Otherwise your account will sit there unworked for anywhere from 12 to 24 months! If you choose to work there then just be aware that they do pick and choose favorites, they do tell you how they want you to act and how they want you to dress, and if you do not abide by these rules they will find anything and everything to write you up on. For example, being 4 minutes late one day to work out of 40 days of work, touching your computer on your desk, or wearing the wrong shirt. ***FREE ADVICE*** take your credit card bills and call the creditors yourself and tell them your situation and see how much they will settle your account for. I would suggest starting at a low percentage like 30% or 40% because more than likely the Creditor will start high around 80% to 70%. You might be able to meet in the middle and settle your account for around 40 to 50% of your total debt owed. When you hire this firm to take on your accounts they simply give it to customer Advocate wraps and they look at your account and see if your account is able to be worked and if so they call the Creditor and they try to negotiate a percentage to settle for you. So why pay somebody else to do something that you can do yourself? I firmly believe that this company will go under! I am surprised that they have been in business for 4 years.

Extremely poor communication and unprofessional behavior by multiple staff. They did not return calls timely and didn’t give clear directions regarding my case. I had a very strong impression that they didn’t care about me or my case. I waisted a lot of time on a phone to try to clarify things which didn’t help in the end. Very disappointed and dissatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone.

Horrible place to work. Todd is a bully and inappropriate. Management lies to employees and most employees hate working there but won't admit it.

To be quite frank - these people are in cahoots we the Freedom debt relief syndicate, which I am sad to report is a fraud. I know this from personal experience. Before dealing with these scam artist I would consult with a bankruptcy lawyer and weigh ALL your options. NLLG and FDR are promising things that they cannot deliver on. A simple google search will back up my point. You can also read the FDR response. The response is boiler plate corporate BS. See a lawyer before you make a final decision. This is a fact: if you have debt with various credit cards you may be able to settle with some of your debt with your creditors. But if say, Discover, AMEX or Chase refuses to deal with FDR, your creditors will sue you and demand the money - you will lose the lawsuit - you owe the money. At that point, you will have to pay the debt in full or agree to enormous monthly payments. And that my friends leads you straight to a bankruptcy lawyer. So my advice is not to listen to any one source - including me - get advice from a lawyer, your friends, google and maybe there are some legitimate non-profits that could advise you. If anybody can add more options thats great. Learn from my stupid mistake.

Emails not returned, promises not kept. Very poor communication, handed off from one person to another without results. I haven't heard a word about the status of my claim in 5 months. Either a scam or gross incompetence.

I was paying for this company to cover me in the event that one of my creditors took me to court, that they would represent me. Well one of my creditors did and National litigation did not important paper work to me in the time frame they said they would nor did they even contact me. I made 6 different calls to them to finally get told that they could not help me. So I paid for their services for nothing!

LOOK AT THE REVIEWS. All are either five star or one star. The five stars are fake that means that every single review is one star. And the reason is this: this place is essentially an insurance scam. Read the fine print, they’re not going to help you. Good advice in these reviews tho...

Paid for their services and have had really poor customer service in the past few years. Rude staff on phone. They have a 'couldn't care less' attitude on the phone and hang up as quickly as they possibly can. Called twice just now and both times got rude, nasty women on other end of phone. Don't give these people your money.

Great place to work and the firm helps thousands of clients resolve millions of dollars of debt every single month. Attorneys provide legal services to clients that otherwise could not afford the legal services and fight for the best possible outcomes.

If there was something lower than a 1 star I definitely would of rated them lower. Long story short I was served ,contacted them sent in proper paperwork they dropped the ball and a few months later my bank account is garnished . Not even sure if they are real lawyers are not, but I definitely regret putting my trust in these fakes.

NLLG, National Litigation Law Group has been most helpful to me during a rough time. Attorney Dennis has been available to answer all of my questions and is very thorough. I have appreciated the guidance I have received and the negotiations they've made on my behalf. I have felt comfortable and taken care of the whole time. I highly recommend NLLG.

Worthless they don't help you, they side with the collection agency or whatever person who's suing you. Trust me they will leave you hanging. They only benefit themselves not the clients.

This is an outstanding group of lawyers. They recently handled a corporate case for me. They were smart and responsive. Had the matter resolved much sooner than I had imagined. Quality caring legal professionals that I will continue to use.
