I don't know why a lot of people put to Duboff Firm 5 stars when they don't really do a good job. I made a claim through them 2 years ago and I am still waiting to get my money. I just made a claim calling the insurance directly and they sent me a check within a month. I would not recommend doing business with this firm, they suck.....

Stay away from Duboff Law Firm, worst decision that I ever made. I normally do research before do any businesses with a company but because a friend of mine referred me this company, I believed on him and I really had bad experience. They take forever to close a case, when you call them no response, they don't even contact you to let you know how the case is going. It has passed more than 2 years and I haven't received anything yet.

It's going on three years and I am still waiting. This has burnt me the hell out! This is CRAZY!

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. A good friend of mine recommended their Attorney to me after I complained for months that I didn't know what was going on with my claim. I tried to hire his Atty but was not able to because I didn't have the documents to send him (Duboff never sent them to me), and I had to complete the process with the Atty from the insurance company 2 weeks after firing Duboff. They do not return your phone calls, give you the run-around when you call for an update (all of the Attorneys there always "just stepped out" or are in a meeting). I have been transferred from extension to extension and hung up on several times when I was just inquiring about the case. I called to get the principal Attorney's bar number to file a complaint and the girl answering the phone didn't even know what a principal Atty is. Several of the reviews below where there are 3 or more stars are their employees. To make it all worse, I had to move out of my house temporarily because of the water damage and am considering suing them now for negligence.

Trust all the one star reviewers please. Stay away from this firm, they are slow and are not very helpful.

ALL YOUR DATA IS AT RISK, DUBOFF WAS THE VICTIM OF A RANSOMWARE ATTACK, LITERALLY ALL YOUR INFO COULD BE IN THE HANDS OF HACKERS IN GOD KNOWS WHERE.

This is the worst law firm I've been assigned by 3rd party Adjuster for Home Insurance. One year and a half waiting for my claim to be close and now that I accepted the Insurance offer, have passed 3 months waiting for the release. Their layers are very slow. I think that they don't put enough pressure on the Insurance Companies.

In Panama City at 3009 Hwy 77 the staff and attorneys are very helpful and friendly. They took the time to explain the process and the fact that it takes time to process and settle a claim and that it does not happen over night. I was thankful for their help and understanding.
The said its not just a job its personal because they lost homes during Michael too.

Great group of Lawyers!! Took a little while but at the end it was all worth it!!

This law firm was recommended to me, my case is still pending for almost 3 years, that I understand, but I have received zero communication or updates from them.
Even when I call they provide no updates.

Do not use this firm... Ive been trying to contact them for 3 months now..... No response to calls , emails , and even a local person who knows them. Wish i went some where else!!!! Please youve been warned.....
Update. 10/4/2017. .. I called just to be on hold for 25 min. After talking to someone for 30 sec. Asking for an update on a case i was informed every one was buzzy and an attorney will return my call in a couple minutes... I am still waiting for that call and its been 24 hrs already. This place really suck!
Update agin!! 12/23/2017 . Merry Christmas. Oh ya. They havent contacted me still on my case.

This company does not deserve any stars. They are by far the worst law firm ever. As mention by a previous per they never returns calls. I've been trying to get information about my case for months. If you don't call, they will never call or send updates via the mail. If an adjuster recommends them fire the adjuster and start a claim with a new adjuster. The only reason i gave them 1 star, is because the system will not allow me to post my comment.

The worst law firm I've ever encountered. Facts they failed to send all the appropriate docs to my insurance company while filing the claim on my behalf which causeday the insurance to settle the claim without considering my leak detection. They stop responding to my emails even the attorney didn't respond to my detailed email requesting to speak with him since he represents me. WORST FIRM EVER
