We utilized Doug's services for a Guardianship situation. I've never needed a lawyer so was nervous from the start. Doug put us at ease. He was pleasant and compassionate. I have no comparison on pricing but I bet he was right in line with the norm. We have an upcoming appearance with the judge as a followup and I was afraid of incurring additional cost by calling him. Here is what he said "There really is no need for you to have to pay additional money for me to attend." I don't think this is normal for lawyers but was super appreciated.

I will use him again If I ever need a lawyer.

Very good attorney. Worked with me on the fees, let me pay it out over time until paid off. His staff is super friendly and helpful! Please don’t waste you time and avoid this office like the plague. Doug Gierhart law firm claims to be Christian based and will even pry for you then take your money with no intent to serve you. I’ve been waiting for 30 months to file to vacate me from a law suit. I have been living in a travel trailer and paying restitution for the entire time waiting for him to take action. I call weekly but can only speak to the receptionist and promised that it was on his desk. There are many other complaints with him pertaining to the accounting. You will be charged multiple times for the same service of disservice. He will

He's good lawyer

The WORST experience I’ve ever had in my life!! Having to go through a divorce is bad but having to deal with unprofessional and incompetence staff that does not care for their clients and is charging you and arm and a leg for every phone call, email etc. but you have to wait weeks to even get any responses back (never by the lawyer, its always the assistants) made this the biggest night mare I ever had to deal with. I didn’t get to meet the lawyer until 6 months later.( after I refused to deal with assistants any longer) He promised me to fix everything and end up dropping my case but not before he charged me thousands of dollars.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER GOING THERE

Don't waste your money or your time. I only saw him one time and from then on I was only allowed to speak to his secretary. He gave me bad advice and I was better off without this law firm. They are a po-dunk bunch who will take your money and run. No feelings, no conscience, no compassion!

I am disabled and by husband deserted me. I needed a good lawyer. This is not it! My lawyer then deserted me! I'm so done with these people! On to my next lawyer! Wasted $2000 for nothing!!!
