This is the worst lawyer in Lawton Oklahoma. He charged me a pretty steep fee for half a$$ job. It’s been 4 years since he worked on my case and till this day I have a temporary order, never made it permanent. Like what have you been doing this entire time? Oh! maybe scamming others and taking their money for piss poor service. I’m just so upset cause at the time I didn’t have any serious cash to afford a good lawyer so like they say you get what you pay for. To top it off I recently called him to see if he could help me out and close the loop on my case and told me to complete it where I currently reside at cause he doesn’t want to keep charging me, like hey guy you haven’t even finished what you started. I really do hope he sees this maybe would refund my money. Sir if you see this it’s a child support case not a divorce. I wish I could post the voicemail as well just so people can hear the garbage you left On it

I scheduled a phone appointment over 2 weeks ago and have still not received a call. And I have called them back twice to remind them and still nothing. When I called back the second time, the lady who answered the phone didnt even work for them and couldn't give any information about anything. I would not recommend this horrible place to anyone. If i could give zero stars I would have. Answering the phone when it rings does not deserve a star. I will be calling a different attorney and see if they will take my money.

Robin is awesome. Very busy... but he helped with my divorce and even the drama my ex started after. After talking to 5 lawyers before him... I dont regret hiring him. Robin is knowledgable and will do what you need him to. He will call you back when his staff lets him know about your phone call. Hes very honest. He tells it how it is. I used him for a divorce with a narcissist and he was able to see through his games.

my experience was horrible from the beginning with this law firm. From day one I was getting the run around about my case and I wasn’t getting any feed back. No progress a year later, I’m still where we first started . They lied, and they also took money that shouldn’t have been taken. He informed me that he have bad memory that’s why things weren’t getting done. I would not recommend this attorney but it’s your decision.

Tells you what you want to hear and then doesn't deliver come time. Hard to get a hold of and have to continue to call back to reach him. He also allowed for my divorce decree to be written up to where I can't deduct the added payments (not child support) for tax purposes. A real lawyer would have recognized this and not allowed it. He just wants your money and to settle out of court. Don't waste your time or money on a smooth talker. Hire a real lawyer instead of this guy!

My divorce was done quickly. Never had an issues with the staff, they were always upfront and friendly. I would recommend them to my family and friends for a speedy divorce.

My opinion his work load and staff which causes miscommunications, paperwork done incorrectly, and a lot of backwards and forwards with paperwork.

Was given pamphlet on taking online parent/ divorce class. Went to website and class was not available, so I have to look for the class myself by using Google for the state of Oklahoma. Spoke with him about this issue and he replied any class will do, but I was thinking why give out pamphlet with wrong information on it.

For paying $1050 you would think that paperwork sent to my ex at least get her name correct. Not just spelled wrong but another person's name.

I chosen Robin based off he had a lot more positive reviews then negative. Then went back and I actually read all of the negative reviews and all of them were accurate and can relate to there experiences. Him and staff does not take ownership for mistakes.

In my line of field I deal with people every day. I always strive for customer satisfaction. There customer service is horrible, needs work and can do better. The potential is there to be a awsome lawyer and staff. A huge work load interferes and can leave a lot of unsatisfied customers. I also notice for every negative review he always has a answer too lol. Some people just do not want to hear excuses. Just say I'm sorry and try to do better next time and double check assistants work.

Robin and his assistant, Lindsey were very consistent and got the job done at a great pace. I hired them and received an uncontested divorce in three weeks.

So, I had to get an attorney for a divorce. I went to just about every attorney in town and they all could not answer a simple question that I asked. After asking Robin the same question, he gave me a straight forward answer. So I retained Robin as my attorney on the divorce.
There was time that he had to sit there and listen to me vent. And there where times that he gave me sound advice when I needed it the most.
Would I recommend Robin to anyone, beyond a shadow of doubt. He has been practicing law for more than 25 years and he knows the in and outs of the court rooms around Lawton, OK. Completely unprofessional treatment of potential clients. After reading the positive reviews on google, I called on a Friday to schedule an initial consultation. They scheduled my phone consultation for 3 days later, on Monday. Later Friday afternoon they called me back and said sorry, something's come up and we need to reschedule you for Thursday at 3:00. So I waited to speak to someone on Thursday. When no one had called me by 3:15 I called their office to verify that I was still scheduled for my phone consultation. The woman who answered the phone assured me yes, Mr. Rochelle was just running behind in his previous appointment and would call me soon. He never called me. I wasted a week of my time waiting to speak to him, a week when I could have been advancing my legal case. If this is how he treats potential clients I shudder to think how his paying clients are treated. He lost my business before he even had it. I will be hiring another attorney.
