Worst attorney I have ever dealt with. Takes money and drops cases give wrong info and his secretary is the most hateful person I have ever met. I have no idea how she has a job.

Went in thinking this guy was great! Read the reviews. Hired him for some traffic fines. Bc i have a cdl a. Needed the court date moved bc i was working out of town. Called once a week and had to keep reminding his associate of my date. Her answer was. It is still 5 days away. Dont worry. We will post pone it. Well... never did! Went to warrant. Richard charged me 500 to fix his mistake and then asked for more money! Lol i already retained him in another case that charges has not been filed previous to this. Never called me back. So i fired him. Very unprofessional. Now i have to go to the bar to get my retainer for a case that hasnt been filed on in almost a year now. Save urself time. Dont hire them. They must had been good a long time ago or just cant handle their work load they currently have. Idk? No comunication! I really dont like giving anyone a bad review.i actually liked Joy in the beginning. She was reallly nice at first. Then...attitude has changed.

I paid them $4000 to help with a custody case and the case was closed almost immediately due to both parties agreeing on terms with no court required. Morrissette has said we will get a full refund in emails. This was in 2017 and now he won't respond to any emails or calls. These people are crooks with law degrees. Stay away

My case was handled only by a mere paralegal. We met with the Richard for an initial consultation and after we signed up, we never spoke to Richard again. Instead, our case gets assigned to a legal assistant.

The staff knows more about the case than Richard does at this point. I don't mind working only with the staff so long as my case is progressing along. But I’ve come to understand that Richard doesn't want to work with us. We began to feel unwanted and questioned whether our case was winnable. As a single parent this made me feel helpless.
