My "lawyer" was Kelly and in almost 3 months, I swear to you I never met the woman! I had to deal with her assistant who can't really speak or spell english, bunch of spelling errors on my application as well. I'm all for learning but don't practice with my papers please, lol. I fired them and I asked for my paperwork back, kinda funny to see they stamped it "DRAFT" so I wouldn't use it but how could I? The spelling was just awful and it was addresses that I gave to her correctly spelled on paperwork, so be sure to check your paperwork before they send it off to USCIS, this is serious stuff here! If you don't call them to check on your case they don't call you, I stayed on top of it cause I don't play with my stuff, which is how I came into a disagreement with the assistant, I'm asking legal questions asking to speak to my "lawyer" and she gives me a wrong answer, I know you're wrong lady and WHY are you answering legal questions? AND on top of that, I would have to pay another consultation fee to ask a question, literally what she said! I don't care how long you've been an assistant, you are nothing more than that and you shouldn't be answering legal questions at all, IMO. Then when I asked to see my "lawyer" she's out of the country, the day after her assistant told me "Kelly wants to get this sent out this week" sooo where the hell is she? They spend every other week out of the country and that's wonderful to do but when you don't have cases pending at your office IMO. I called her as well, no answer left a voicemail and no returned calls. I understand they pay their assistants for this specifically but 1. ITS NOT THE SAME 2. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 3. GET BETTER ASSISTANTS. If you try speaking to Doug (which I did about things I was not happy with) you'll be pleasantly surprised how much this man changes from the first consultation, after you signed the contract and gave money. Then I tried to re-hire them because they already had some of my money and they turn ME down, lol. What a joke! Their loss because it was super easy filling out my own applications correctly and sending my own evidence, my case is processing and going forth and I saved money! Thanks so much Stumps!! UPDATE: My case processed and was APPROVED! I would just recommend getting more than one opinion before hiring these people. PS: Mr. Stump is also a Trump supporter, bit ironic..nonetheless..
