I contacted this firm via email for a consult. The response I got was an email that wasn't even addressed to me but was sent to me. I feel the response was unprofessional and rude. It was emailed to 5 other people as well as me and wasn't even sent to me by the Alexis person stated in the email. A simple email telling that the firm was not interested would have been enough. Instead I received this.

"There was no autopsy so we can not prove cause of death. I'm not sure excess "clipping of the mitral valve" caused this lady's death; and I don't see any other significant SOC violation. Plus, this would be an absolute mess to try to sort through.

Alexis, call this lady and tell her we that this is not something we are interested in pursuing.

Bad person! After wasting my time by 3 months! Then tells me at least you can walk! So rude! My information came back to me per thee DR I was going to sue? That’s illegal!!!
