We are so grateful to Holly and her paralegal Lea for going so far above and beyond what we had even hoped for. We needed her help in obtaining an emergency medical guardianship for our very ill son. Hired Holly Helton because of her rating for my divorce a couple years ago and did not leave an immediate review due to how disappointing her services and incorrect information she provided me to retain her services which ultimately led her to quitting after going to court and never finished my divorce.
My ex wife emptied the bank accounts and ran off with my daughter a couple years ago. She committed 5 crimes in the process of our separation including tax fraud, identity theft, bank fraud, mail theft, and adultery.
Holly and Lea Boston explained this would be an easy case and I ultimately wanted joint custody of my daughter since I had not seen her in months and did not know where she was. I finally got to see my daughter and found multiple bruises on the insides of her legs when changing her diaper and confronted my ex wife with the information which led to her leaving the man in which she was having an affair. I even took pictures of my daughters abuse but it could not be determined who or what caused the abuse. Holly refused to bring the abuse up in front of the judge. I ended up with less than 50/50 visitation and no money even though my ex wife illegally transferred money from accounts she did not have access. I am continually back fighting for custody because my ex lives with a different guy a least every year and has now moved my daughter 6 times in the past couple of years.
What ticks me off the most is my ex wife calling my lawyers office and getting information on my case in which Lea Boston had to disclose to me when they finally figured out it was not me on the phone. I wonder if my ex wife paid Holly Hefton to lose the case since I ended up with the credit card debt of my ex wife and paying for her parents and her to go on vacations for at least two years after the divorce because she booked them the week she took off when I was out of town. Holly refused to go before the judge in Canadian County claiming my ex wife’s lawyer and judge were best friends and we would lose the case bad. Holly never did any investigation that she claimed into my money and simply took my ex wife’s word that she had spent it all, what a joke! Holly did not return my phone calls and left me in massive debt when I had zero debt besides my house and the only loan I had every taken was on my house because I simply wrote a check for everything including new vehicles. Do not hire this woman and I completely regret having her handle my divorce. My 4 year daughter cries when she has to go back to her mothers claiming she is always in trouble. Hopefully one day I’ll get my daughter back from wherever my ex wife has ran off with her now since we do child exchanges in public places!

I was referred to Holly through a family member , I will not regret it one bit . I spoke to them on January 9th and had him served on January 11th. They answered every question and had my best interests at heart . She and her staff are wonderful at what they do .. i would highly recommend because she takes no bs and my divorce was final on April 22nd through mediation. We did not have to go in front of judge .
