Tony Ortiz and his law firm have been harassing my family with what I believe are totally unreasonable, abusive, and harassing requests. I made an IPRA request of a government official. The government official did not properly disclose a document within the scope of my request. I filed suit through my counsel, Blair Dunn. And now, Tony is trying to put me on trial. Requesting 20 years of my employment history and 10 years of my tax returns? You sir, should be disbarred. Totally unethical. Defending an indefensible position and billing the taxpayers an exorbitant amount of money to do it? $25,000. Unbelievable.
