Terrible. Find someone else. They will expect the world of you but not live up to the same expectations of them. They dont want to actually help. Poor communication from them and their staff. Save yourself time and effort and find someone that your case will matter to.

In December 2019 I contacted LKS law to help me settle a employment contract suit against me. Andrew and David were extremely helpful and excited to help me sort through the case. I was extremely blessed to hear that the firm decided to take on my case as pro bono, without compromising the work they would contribute. Is it possible to give this firm above 5 stars? No firm has more firepower than these guys when it comes to complex civil litigation. I worked with several attorneys before I retained Lewis Kuhn Swan and the prior attorneys were amateurs by comparison.

I have never met a better lawyer than Andrew Swan. From our consultation, Mr. Swan was insightful and blunt and told me exactly what I needed to hear even when I didn't want to hear it. Plus he's so nice! I was successful in my employment case because of his strategy and hard work. Yes, you can find cheaper lawyers but you get what you paid for. He's worth every cent.

Michael Kuhn turned a frivolous case that had haunted us for 8 months around in a matter of hours. I have never used Lewis Kuhn Swan as an attorney, as my issue was relatively small and did not meet the criteria for their legal intervention. What I can say about the law firm was that when I called seeking advice on my unpaid PTO of 17 hours they did not seek a $150+/hr consultation fee like the other employment law firms I called before them. The receptionist politely took down my information pertaining to my issue then had me on the phone with an attorney shortly after. The attorney genuinely had my best interest as a person In mind and he gave me the proper advice as to how I should go about my issue. No consultation bill. Problem solved.
