I reached out to Sawaya law firm three times, via phone and email over the last two weeks, the last time only I received a call from the operator saying a lawyer will be calling me shortly, well it has been over a week now , I am still waiting for the promised phone call. I do not have good vibes about this firm if they do not have time to call back, I am pretty sure they will not have any time for my case. Stop false advertisement on TV" It is honor to serve" .
Time to check other firms and see how they stack up.

You run your commercials way to much. I would never use you just for that reason. You are almost as annoying as Frank Azar.....

They have a criteria your case must meet in order to represent you. I will not recommend this firm to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with The Sawaya Law Firm. My email was replied to promptly with a phone call to gather more information and then I set an appointment for my free consultation. Karen met with me and to my surprise, so did Mr. Sawaya himself! I feel taken care of and now all I need to do is focus on my physical therapy and other doctor's appointments!

I am leaving 4-stars because I am just in the beginning stages of my case here. I will update as things move along but I foresee a 5-star rating in the future!

After explaining my husbands case this law firm decided to take his case mind you I explained why he had not been to see anyone because our previous lawyers failed to help in that department. they still took the case after finally getting in to see the doctor and getting in to physcial therapy they call and tell me he hasnt had enough treatment and they are dropping his case. now mind you my husband was hurt bad and this whole thing has been a living nightmare and to top it off they get him started and then drop him. this law firm is money hungry and thats it

Well I have to say I take back everything I said about Sawaya Law Firm. I meet with Lorena with client services and she was absuletly wonderfull. She also assured me that the incedient that orrured pripor has been delt with and I am important to them. Thank you for going out of your way for me today. I am so glad I didn't go anywhere else.
