Getting me started on my case for my Disability.

I reached out to the office regarding my child’s case. First impression very nice office and staff was okay. I turned in all my paper work and had the first meeting set up. I ended up having to reschedule and set up that appointment after being told that if I was to rescheduled my first appointment I couldn’t be represented by the firm. I drove down there and sorted everything out. I get a phone call from Andrew M. Serrone only to be told HE needed to change the appointment because it doesn’t fit into “HIS” schedule( not accommodating at all). Time passes and the court date comes and Mr. Serrone is representing us. According to him everything went great. I revive a letter in the mail from social security and was notified that our claim was denied. I called the office asking Mr. Serrone to give me a call and figure out what to do next after he had said to do so(as he stated at the court hearing).Weeks go by and no answer at all. Finally I receive certified mail stating they won’t represent us. This office is disorganized and lacks knowledge how to help with cases for minors . If the over all communication improved and we had actually had everything we needed for court we might of had a chance. I wasn’t asked to produce evidence that was important to our case that the judge later asked for. The Law Office of Diane Bross fell short and let me with nothing to show after almost 2 years of pursuing my child’s conditions. The cherry on top is the lack of professionalism to reach to me and follow though with what Mr. Serrone had said. I do not recommend this firm and I will let people know as well.

I want to say the Diane Bross and her staff have been awesome from the first time I called. I have been treated with respect and would recommend them to anyone that need an attorney for SSDI. They even handle my case with me moving out of state. Thank you to Diane and everyone that worked on my case.

Very disappointed. All the reviews look wonderful decided to call. Started with the back story simply because I have no idea where to even begin as far as what type of help they could provide (lack of knowledge with disability). Could barely get out I was saying before I was interrupted with a mean loud voice saying “ what point are you getting to?” As if what I was saying was an inconvenience to her. All I could say is wow and disconnected the line. If you are a mother of a disabled child and have no idea what you’re doing this is not the place to call for help. I simply needed someone to assist with figuring this out and at this point I’m willing to pay a lawyer to help me because I have no a clue what I’m doing and no one seems to be of any help.

I hired Diane and her staff and we waited a year and a half for a hearing. We drew a Judge who only has a 14% approval rate, and that worried me. What I didn’t fully realize was all the work and prep Diane and her team had been doing all those months on my behalf. The day of the hearing we went before the Judge and within 5 minutes he approved my appeal for disability. I was in shock, but as I thought about it I remembered I had chosen Diane because of the good ratings and reviews I had read on Google. I hope if anyone who is reading this and is looking to hire an attorney to represent your disability case, you could do no better than Diane Bross. She covers all the bases and more.

Very kind up till you question them, they informed me that "I make too much" money in order for them to help me. I questioned them what that meant, because I am on welfare I have never heard those words before. "I make too much for them to take my case"? All I asked was what that meant and I got attitude and the answer " I do not know that is, it is what Diane said and she would not take my case"

So far we're not impressed they filled out the application wrong including some very major mistakes.

Diane is an amazing attorney she just won our case for us!! She is very down to earth she actually took her time and answered all questions she did not rush us in and out. Any time we felt like calling for any reason we got right through and if nobody was available at that time we always got a call back by the next day. Also the receptionist Heather was awesome she never got annoyed with us calling even if it was 3 times in a row lol. We are just so happy because my husband has been disabled for 3 years now our process took about 2 1/2 years, yes it takes that long in some situations. But if you want an attorney who actually cares about you then attorney Bross is the one you want!! She has compassion and she is humble she is an amazing person! Highly recommend Diane K. Bross, Esq. As a social security disability and bankruptcy attorney.

Not helpful and dismissive. I was in need of help and advice, the person that answered my call did not care, and another attorney office did help. I thought a firm with a smaller office might be more interested. I don't know Diane Bross personally, but I have an opinion she might want to train or change personnel.

I came to Diane K Bross to get help after my disability claim had been denied. She and her staff are really amazing. They are always professional and get back to me faster than I would expect. I also held off on getting my paper work in and flip flopped between wanting to pursue my disability claim. Diane was so patient and understanding. She gave me great advice and helped me feel confident. We ended up winning disability and I wouldn't have been able to do it without her and her staff.

Andrew Serrone was incredibly helpful with my case. They communicated well during the whole process, and even though I lost, they fought very hard. Unfortunately Colorado has become one of the worst states in the nation for approval at 13%. The loss was not the fault of the team, but rather the government who once again let me down on what was said to be one of the strongest cases of this type they have ever seen. The appeal denial reason was not provided, it simply said appeal denied without any reasoning whatsoever, which is not only unfair to me, it is unfair to this team who did everything in their power to help me. After being denied, then appealed and denied once again, to get no reasoning for denial is just beyond unacceptable. I recommend this team for your disability case, as they are thorough and great at what they do. Andrew fought for me, he was kind, and extremely helpful throughout it all. They deserve compensation for all their hard work, yet none of us will receive anything. I’m very sorry to Andrew and anyone else who handled my case for this reason. I highly recommend them, regardless of my personal outcome, because I know without a single doubt they did their best.

Not trusting lawyers, I attempted twice by myself. I was almost at my time limit to where I couldn’t even file again let alone appeal. I learned without a lawyer odds are very slim. Plus my age gave me doubts too. I honestly didn’t think anyone could help my case. My doctor said straight, Get a lawyer. I didn’t even know what I was even entitled. So I called Diane’s office. My case was accepted almost immediately. Phone calls and updates were the same day or as soon as possible the next day. Don’t try and take a BS case to them though. This legal team is one I actually respect. I consider most lawyers as shady or greedy. Diane and her team helped change that. So back to my case. I have a horrible nerve problems and I’ve been dealing with it for over half of a year. I’ve been denied for disablity twice now and I hired Diane Bross’s firm and they did absolutely nothing. I had to call them like 200 times just to get my second application in. And I haven’t heard from them once since then. I’ve had to call them every single time and they’ve done absolutely NOTHING. I was denied for the second time last week. I had NO IDEA! They didn’t even call me, I got a letter from asocial security letting me know so if I did get it, I would’ve had to pay them for NOTHING. Don’t hire them, I’m in a worse situation than when I first hired them. Worthless and rude.

If you need legal help with SSI, SSDI, this is the law firm to go to! It took me three tries, the first time I did it on my own and turned down. Second time I I found Diane s ad in the phone book, something about her picture told me pick her. The 2nd time had one of her staff represent me, we didn't win but she told me to do SSI,this time Diane was my lawyer and this time it was in my favor! My daughter had previously been denied benefits, so I decided to hire a lawyer. I had heard good things about this office. Things have been a bit bumpy, as I am usually unable to receive calls back from my case manager. Diane reached out to me to express her concern as I had originally left an unfavorable review. Hired Mrs Bross as my SS attorney. One of her associates was my representative and Sylvia was my case manager. Of course, the process took over a year like it always does. Attorney called me in for hearing prep and expressed her concerns over the case and advised I withdraw the app and continue treatment a little longer.
