On Saturday, March 17, 2018 was one the worst days of my life and to top it off being charged with an crime that I did not commit. I was charged and taken to jail which was a shocking and an eye-opening experience for me. Being a law abiding citizen and ex-law enforcement (Forensics) and only have one speedy ticket within 20 years shows that I respect the laws of the land. I was at a lost and after consulting with The City of Austin outside legal team (ARAG) I made connect with Garza and Elizondo, LLP, Law Firm and conversed with Mr. Garza. The initial conversation was great and he actually listened and cared about my situation and well-being more than his financial gain which made me comfortable about hiring him to resolve my situation.

One of the prime reasons that I did hire Mr. Garza, is I stay almost 6 hours away in Austin, Texas and Mr. Garza showed up/called and took care of the court issues without me having to take time off work or even stress about the situation. He spent tireless hours on making phone calls and trying to get my cased dismissed which he actually was able to achieve at the actually court date that I had to show up for.
Overall, a 3 month back and forth fight with the prosecutor and Mr. Garza on the basics and pure standards of the case and the constant phone calls on my behalf Mr. Garza prevailed. By far the one of the worst situations to happen in my life, but with the efforts of Mr. Garza and his staff Wednesday, June 6, 2018 became a day of reckoning and Justice prevailed all thanks in part to Mr. Garza and continued pursuit for the truth.
