Mr. Sutton and Ms. Morrill did a fine job representing my interests. They had a clear understanding of the law and how it applies to my case. Gasper Law Firm isn’t cheap but they don’t make pretenses and do what you pay them to do. I’ve used them twice and would use them again if needed.

Save your money and go to another firm. John Nalley was terrible representation. He took on my case having never worked on a similar one before (he told me he was using it as a learning experience) and then once he burned through my retainer before we even made it to court, told me that I should just settle and pay my ex-wife everything she had originally asked for. It was akin to the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz. He came out acting tough but once the opposing counsel rattled their saber a little bit he backed down and “advised” me to give them everything. If my case wasn’t winnable he should’ve told me beforehand or never accepted it. It was an expensive learning experience that I don’t want somebody else to have to go through.

Basement Bargain. I fired my assigned attorney after he told me his strategy was "hoping he can transfer out of a certain judge's court" in order to progress. He was a wimp and exemplifies this firm's tone as he requested a supervising attorney to sit-in on our second meeting to "get me to understand". They are a joke and attempt to reduce your claims to the neutral for the easy negotiation rather than pursue your position as any GOOD or even MEDIUM-skilled attorney would do. Pay the extra $500 retainer and go elsewhere. These people are a joke using your case as the punchline.

I hired the Gasper Law Group for my divorce with no children involved in the divorce. The biggest complaint that I have is the cost. I was told at the beginning that it would cost between $5,000.00 and at the high end $10,000.00. I am now at $15,000.00 and at the way it is going it will be $25,000.00 or more before this is over. Lots more to say but this is one of the biggest issues with the Gasper Law Group.

This was a sensitive, sad and serious time for my family. Mr. Gasper was calm and reassuring throughout this process. Outstanding service from this firm. Divorces are not cheap and when contested, the costs can be large. Gasper was fair in their billing and when I questioned some charges it was resolved with complete satisfaction. Bobby took the time to listen to my concerns and handled the situation well. Awful.. So awful, rude, snarky kept interrupting me.. He asked my story and wouldn't even let me tell it. Portray themselves as having options for pro bono. He made asumptions about me. And immediately decided that I was a joke and told me not to bother getting a lawyer if I had no money, no job and was pretty much a waste of air. (Fyi I do have a job that I bust my butt at everyday) but he said if I don't have 4000$ than don't bother anyone.
I told him even if I did decide to put myself in debt getting a lawyer it wouldn't be with them because of his behavior.

I have used Gasper for quite some time and I recently went to this law firm with a very complex issue I needed taken care of. They treat you like a guest as soon as you walk in. I was hooked up with a top notch lawyer and they delivered on everything I requested AND THEN SOME. Best in the springs/Denver. Absolutely world class. Don’t waste your time or hard earned money anywhere else.

We did not have time to interview attorneys and settled on this group. We requested a female attorney...we received a young and unexperienced male attorney. We spent a ton of money on this attorney and he got us nowhere in our case. He lied to us and did not follow through. We are with a great attorney now that has done more for is in 2 months than Gasper Law did in one year. Highly recommend not using this group.

BEST LAW FIRM IN TOWN ! LOVE THE ENTIRE STAFF

To start DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. Their work quality is the exact same if not worse than a public defender. They are snarky, rude and unprofessional. They talk a HUGE game when you first walk in so they sell you, then it just goes down hill from there. They make you think they will do a great job, in reality they will put as minimal effort as possible into your case. My husband was talked into taking a plea deal, when in reality if his lawyer would have actually put effort everything would have been dropped.

She emailed my husband in September and told him she would file a motion to avoid a warrant, assured him it would be fine. Well, my husband just got arrested last week for a warrant issued at the end of September. She NEVER went to the courthouse and did anything!!!

They called my husband and told him if he defaulted in his payments they would take him to jail (Clint was on speaker I heard his original conversation with my husband). Then I called after reviewing our paperwork, no where does it say that he would be taken to jail for not paying. It states that they will enter a judgement. I called back to discuss this more, Clint was snarky and rude said he never stated my husband would go to jail. HE WAS ON SPEAKER PHONE WHEN HE TALKED TO MY HUSBAND.

You didn’t get your payment? Enter a default like a normal company. Don’t try and use your law knowledge to intimidate people. To call someone and make threatening calls like that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. You have NO idea what someone is facing and why they can’t make their payments.

DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. If you want to lose your case and pay out the ass for what a public defender could accomplish, go ahead.

These guys are the BEST in the business. Easy payment plans, and interest free might I add. Always available by phone or email. Very diligent and aggressive in my case. Worst lawyers ever. Pray for there souls cause they are going to Hell

If you are looking for a lawyer, you are most likely also dealing with a tremendous amount of stress. Rest assured you are with the right firm. In my case the DA was determined to make an example out of me. No deals or offers were made at any time. Gasper Law Group took the necessary measures to show my innocence. Mr. Gasper's and Mr. Roth's plan was so effective, on the day of pre-trial readiness the DA conceded the case as un-winable and my case was dismissed. There is no one else I would trust with such important matters.

First off, there were no attempts to negotiate terms until the night prior, or the morning of a hearing. Because of these last minute deals, I was once on a flight to Colorado when Carrie called to say the temporary orders hearing had been vacated. Another time, I was already in a hotel in Colorado when Carrie informed me the hearing was vacated.

Carrie was rushing to come to an agreement the night before the final orders hearing and miscalculated my earnings. I didn't realize that she had taken my once a year bonus and multiplied the error throughout the remaining 11 months. Carrie's figures weren't adding up to mine, and she grew highly irritated the more I questioned how her numbers were so skewed. I currently still pay that inflated rate, but since my new raise barely put me within 10% of her number, she informed me there's nothing I can do.

Carrie had to have various lawyers stand in for her during several of our court days. A few minutes before our court time, Carrie would call and inform me that she had been held up. Then a random lawyer with minimal briefing would step into her spot. Really gives you the warm fuzzy.

Carrie seemed to have a lot on her plate, far too much to be taking on my family case. I was fighting for parenting rights from across the country and the lack of preparation towards my case was surprising. I've also never had a professional start off most of our conversations by talking about how much they have going on.

They were very informative and had my best interest in mind regarding my case. I was never left in the dark about anything regarding my case.

I just recently had to use them for another pointless case. My attorney Cayrn Adams was great as always. Gasper Law has yet to let me down

Excellent law group I would recommend them to my family and friends

First and foremost I’d like to say this was one of the scariest times of my life. I am not a career criminal and have only experienced the law 1 time before this time occurred so I had very little experience with how the courts worked. One of the 1st things Mr Allen Gasper told me was to take a deep breath and relax and that he was well experienced and new the law well which gave me a sense of peace at the time . I was currently on probation and picked up multiple felony charges in fact they were high felonies ranging from F3-F6 I was very afraid of the fact of violating probation. All the lawyers I contacted wanted $10,000-$20,000 to retain and pick up my case Because it was high profile and on the news I was in no position to pay that amount of money especially after paying on a $50,000 bond to fight the case on the outs. Mr Gasper’s law group worked with me and allowed me to make a down payment of just $1,500 and $350 monthly payment which was a blessing otherwise I would have had to go with public defender which don’t have a great reputation due to the high volume of cases they have . The case went on for quite sometime almost 9 months before I was able to get a offer suitable for my life , I was pregnant during the entire ordeal and all I was concerned with is not doing time and being able to deliver my son and care for him without him going into the foster family services. My emotions had a hold on me the entire time but Mr Allen Gasper gave me the best advice and made sure I understood exactly what I was facing without sugar coating or anything of that nature, after he continued to communicate with the DA he was able to get me a F5 without any prison time and revoke and reinstate my probation and even revised my current probation to be more suitable for my situation I ended up being able to continue being free and able to keep my son in my care without any DHS being involved. This law group was very polite and kind all the staff was knowledgeable and willing to use empathy when dealing with me . I would recommend anyone who really needs legal advice and a top law firm to hire them they absolutely made me a happy woman and I can’t be more grateful. I am thankful I was able to find them after almost a month long search not being from this state I had no recommendations and the spirit of God lead me to them I can say so much more but I hope this will help someone make the decision of hiring this law firm.

She and her Paralegal, Leticia communicated as often as required to keep costs down, but enough to effectively keep me informed as I was overseas. Andrew and Patty have been simply amazing so far. Naturally custody is usually not a fun thing to tackle, but they have assisted me every step of the way and went from no visitation to 50/50 in a matter of 2 weeks. I will start by saying I typically write positive reviews however, I am also in a profession where I work with a lot of military families and it is vital to protect those who serve. They do not have the advertised knowledge on federal laws protecting military families.

I was a client for over one year with this agency and was lead to believe that they were military friendly and aware of all federal laws surrounding the military and divorce, FALSE! I actually was screwed out of a pension due to their negligence and lack of support. I also paid for services that were not provided. They have serval staff doing the billing and it appears that after a while they just transfer you from one to another and then your money somehow is not accounted for. I spent over $22,000 for a matter that would have been handled much better by another law firm. They took money easily and then provided false statements that contained matters of other people to justify where my money went. I lost $1800 that is not found and I had 3 staff members with various explanations. If you are CURRENT or FORMER MILITARY, DO NOT trust this practice. They will not protect your income or provide all the information you need to make decisions that will effect you for the rest of your life.

By far one of the worst things I’ve done was not only hiring this firm but attempting to stick with them through my divorce. The results are; I’m on the verge of bankruptcy, none of my positions were properly upheld and it felt like this firm was working for my former spouse more diligently than me. They touted a military experience that was non existent and failed to understand the simplest concepts with military regulations and benefits. I would say, avoid this firm at all costs. They fight for the fees they charge, not for you.

I had a case of reckless driving and speeding. I was threatened with enough points for loss of license, and some fines. I really felt I could have just went in and gotten a good plea by myself instead of blowing three grand on a attorney to do what I probaly could have done . But ALLEN was excellent and walked in and out in ten minutes and got me 4 points and only 16 hours of community service. I didn’t want to take any chances as my car is my lifeline. Professional and straight t the point no nonsense. I only dealt with him so I can’t speak for the rest of the firm. The front manager desk girl was cute as hell and very friendly and welcoming truly a great experience going there to handle stuff. Also props to Claudine Dickinson for kindly explaining billing and payment process as there was a lot of legal jargon I had no idea what meant. My husband and I have been working with Christopher Sutton, and have had a great experience so far! Even with the amount of clients he has, him and his team take the time to listen to our concerns, and find out more information for us. He is quick to file the motions that need to happen, like cancelling court appearances, emergency hearings, final hearings. They communicate with us and don't hide anything at all. They allow you to make payments to them, and no interest! After 3 years of Court for a nasty divorce , an Appeal and custody battle, I can truly say this is was a roller coaster for me.
