Communication is not Mr. Foley’s strong suit. With such a high price tag, I would assume that his assistance would be continuous throughout the entire process, including whatever comes after one’s initial court appearance. I’ve left multiple voicemails, texts, and emails that for the most part were ignored completely, or responded to days/weeks later. There are better/cheaper options out there, esecially for traffic violations. The Foley Law Firm is selling canned tuna dressed up to look like caviar. Would not recommend.

All i gotta say is run the other way. This guy is the worst attorney. He will never tell you what is going on with your case. He never responds to you or answers his phone. He acts like he is god himself and walks like he owns the world. When you try to talk to him he will cut it short and just say things you want to hear. He will not respect you and just tell you to be quiet the whole time. Hand you a new court date and walk away without even explaining anything to you. Trying to talk to this guy is talking to a brick wall. You have to remind him to send you things over and over so he can remember.What a joke this whole experience was. David Foley is an AMAZING attorney. He first began representing me in 2002 on a Felony assault case. As my addiction to alcohol and drugs grew, so did my involvement in the legal system. He was worth every penny we ever paid him, but more than that. At the end of my run in 2007 he was court appointed and I did not pay a dime. I was facing 4 new felonies and several misdemeanors. I deserved a hefty prison sentence. He watched me fall deeper and deeper and even called me out on it in the hallway of the courtroom by saying "I can smell the booze on you from across the hall." I will never forget those words because at that point it was no longer about being my attorney, it was about me destroying myself and him being genuinely concerned. At this point the DA was done with me, but Mr. Foley was not and he fought for me to get treatment. He did not have to do that, and I do not believe that anyone else would have done it, but he did. I went to treatment on a suspended sentence of 10 to 32 years. I am here, 9 years later and my entire life has changed. I have never been back to court, I have been sober ever since. I have an Associates degree, currently working on my Bachelors in Psychology (Honor Student). I have been employed at the same place for 7 years, even being awarded employee of the year a few years back. I am proud of the person I am today. Mr. Foley could see my need, new the system well, and had the right strategies and contacts to make things happen. He was much more than my attorney, he was my ally.
