I went to Andras Szantho Law Firm for an injury that I had got in to it was at a restaurant I got hit with a high chair right in my lower back. Immediately he set me up with his chiropractic Dr Philip. Bushman, instead of helping my injury he made it worse. My back would always hurt uncontrollably for about an hour after the session. I was so disappointed in the settlement that i got. My back was in pain for about 3 years and I am still in pain also I had lost my job due to the injury. Andras and Cheryl were so rude and unprofessional when I had questions about my case They would just laugh. I actually wanted to file a lawsuit and take the defendant to court but Andras and his assistant  would just laugh at me and tell me it's not worth it. After Andreas told me we would file a lawsuit if I did not like the final settlement amount. Then after the finally settlement amount came around. He told me it wasnt worth it to file a lawsuit because it's going to make my financial situation harder to go to court. When it had all ready been hard for me with the injury case he has been helping me with.i dont understand that.
Now I have to deal with this back pain for the rest of my life. And all the bills that I have accumulated because I lost my job due to the injury. It felt like Andras was not on my side. And when it came down for me to finally get my settlement check  they would tell me the last minute to sign papers and to get my check and they were never there they would always tell me I have to leave right away they never gave me any notice  and I live an hour away. When i finally did pick up my check they shorted me $200 from what the actual settlement offer was! And Andres assistant said she was going to wait for me and she never did she just left. So I had to get my settlement check from someone else.  I will never go back to Andras Szantho for legal advice again.
