Should not be allowed to practice law. VERY unethical and shady man! Years ago I agreed to meet my Sons Father at Mr. Garcia’s office to discuss our Sons child support and parenting time. We figured it would save us both money to do so. I disclosed my parenting time desires along with financial information. After that meeting I decided I did not want to obtain him and would just allow the judge to decide the child support payment because everything seemed incorrect and since we (Sons Dad and I) agreed to parenting time figured it would work out. When I went to court to schedule the next court date I asked the judge if Mr. Garcia could be removed from representing the other party because he had already consulted with me as well and was given my personal financial information, etc. That Shady man liED and said that was not true and we had never met!!!! I sat in his office and could describe it and all the CU decor that was in it!!! He is UNETHICAL and I wouldn’t trust anything out of his mouth. And yes, my Sons Dad can support my claim about Mr. Garcia.

Not one star, this bastard should be dis-barred...I can't believe he is still in law after releasing client information to the public..be aware. Hey, are you still in practice after allowing client information to be pubic? I will never encourage anyone to consult or retain You! Remember what you did?

Mr. Garcia was patient with me, he listened and made sure my rights were represented. I would have been lost without him, he was worth every penny and I recommend him. He helped me keep my kids.

I called about consultation costs and personal information and right off he was rude (didn't tell me to hold and was very short with his answers). After we talked, I said thank you and he hung up on me. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE! I definitely would NOT do business with him.

Worst attorney ever i had plenty of evidence to prove i was innocent but all he could tell me was how much time i would do he wanted me to take a plea deal I know he was working with the DA . he pull prolong my whole case and when I asked him if he would fight for me tooth & Nail all he could say was I will do whatever you tell me to do in a very unsure voice. the only time he showed respect and smiled at me was after i took a plea deal .now im having to do classes and pay all kinds of money for a crime i didn't commit. i wouldn't recommend .him intern public defenders do a better job
