I was involved in a hit and run not long ago. I was hit--not the one who ran off! Fortunately, I was able to take a picture of the guy's license plate with my phone. When I started getting throbbing pain in my neck, a friend recommended Brad to me. He was so professional and positive, and tracked down the other driver and got a settlement to cover my medical bills! Great job!

Thumbs way up for Brad Laybourne! About four months ago, I was involved in a bike accident, sideswiped by a taxi that didn't stop. With the information on the cab (it just drove away!) I retained Brad in 2018 for a misdemeanor case when the prosecution became REALLY serious. He defended me very competently and eventually had the case thrown out. His fee was very worth it. Need a lawyer? Get this guy.

I couldn't believe how persecuted I felt for such a small petty charge. Think the city won't make a big deal out of a mostly-insignificant charge? Wrong. They must have spent $20k+ of tax payer money trying to nail me to the wall for an offense with a sub-$100 fine. I'm really glad I retained Brad. I was extremely apalled that while trying to explain my case I was interupted extremely rude, by an Attorney Natasha Ballard ? Unsure if the spelling correct. She abrubtly hung up on me. All I can say is WOW! I am turning the recording over to the Barr for further advice. Wrong on all levels and totally shocked.
