I used Lee Rosenbaum for an auto injury. He was super lazy, couldn't keep his paperwork straight, AND WAS MISSING A LARGE CHUNK OF MEDICAL RECORDS IN MEDIATION. There are far better attorneys in Colorado Springs.

I've never hired a lawyer before, let alone one that deals with auto claims! Needless to say, I was suspect when I hired Rick Wootton. I didn't want a big lawsuit or to "stick" it to the insurance company. I just wanted what I was owed, having tried for 6 months at dealing with the insurance company on my own and going nowhere. But my fears were assuaged. Rick was personable and professional. He listened to me and responded accordingly. He explained everything. When offers and settlements were proposed, he gave me options. I often asked for his recommendation, but the decisions were mine to make. Everything we did was reasonable and in good faith.
