I had a free consultation here and was blown away by how comfortable and knowledgeable the lawyer was. One of my best experiences with a consultation. I would definitely recommend this firm.

Do not hire them! Please read new responses from agency about negative complaints, even mine, their comments are not even truthful. They seem to be disclosing too much info AND are accusing people of talking about the wrong law firm. Read several instances that it's implied the posts written must have been mistaken and you must not have hired them! I finally rustled enough feathers for the respondent to reply.
That is Bryan T Fox. His replies to reviews are bordering illegal (attorney client privilege) and he needs to know that.
UPDATE: Bryan T. Fox asked me to contact him in his reply, read below. I called him a couple months ago and we talked. What a long winded, good-for-nothing conversation. He was super desperate to get my reviews off and he asked what it would take? I said, "you asked me to call you!, what are you willing to do?" He said nothing and kept asking what I wanted. What are the words to describe him? Condescending, false and nervous! He suggested services were rendered but was NEVER involved in my case so he had serious trouble justifing his agencies actions or non-actions. He kept asking what I want. I asked him why he asked me to contact him? He could not answer directly and seemed like a politician just going round and round in circles with no compromise. I want nothing from this agency but to let people know, when going through a tough time, that this agency will only make it more painful for you. The call ended, no resolution, so I'll keep posting and posting because it is the right thing to do for others.

You incompetent and uncommpassionate people. Your ratings are continuing to decrease. Question: Who would hire any agency with a 3.0 rating? Do your research and look at all the reviews on all the sites, not just here. They simply cannot perform in a world that is more educated and has better client service then they could possibly provide.

Wolf and Fox is a scam! They charged me $8500 for nothing. They brought nothing to the settlement facilitation nor to the pretrial upon which she was completely destroyed by the opposing party. This main attorney gave me terrible advice. They never offered a counter offer at settlement to keep us out of court trial. She walked in completely empty of documentation. Their reputation is to take you to mediation and then to court. Read all the reviews!!! So if you would like to waste 20K+ and get nothing in return then press your luck. Otherwise I advise you to absolutely seek any other representation. Tried to pay the entire bill off early just wanting my records of paperwork and they refused unless I pay them per $1 per page. The supposed "money taker" Jennifer, wanted to argue and said the deal is off so they did not want to take payment. I guess they are more interested in the interest fees. Who does that?
I am so glad to be done with them! I have actually heard from other firms they may be going out of business soon so don't be left with a retainer that won't get reimbursed!!!!!

I work with IT people and they stated they could see Wolf n Fox hired an online reputation company 3 yrs ago. They actually found that company. Wouldn't it be easier to do your freakin job like most businesses in the world do? Wolf & Fox do a favor to your community: give up, go home, go out of business!

The attorneys here given me outstanding and compassionate representation for many years. I have chosen to return to them many times for my legal needs. Bryan, Traci, and Christen are all hard-working, knowledgable, and effective counsel. I will continue to use them for any legal needs that may arise in the future.

Of course, even though don't actually 'know you', I'm only trying to warn you since they WILL rip you off. I am a repeat customer of Wolf & Fox and have had wonderful experiences. They are professional, extremely qualified, and provide outstanding advice. They consistently take the time to understand my goals and then develop a strategy for successfully meeting them in an economical way. I had to fire their lawyer and successfully finish the case myself. They're in the business of keeping case is going and keeping your wallet open $$$$.

My ex-spouse makes 8 times more than I do and has for the past 7 years. I ended up paying child support due to this scam law firm not being able to make the case that there are no Businesses in the entire Southwest that are in my industry.

If you love your children, do not get these guys involved in a custody battle you will lose! The only success I had with child timeshare is when I finish the case myself.

Do not believe any advertising you see from these Slip and fall scam lawyers!

Christen I feel is one of the best GALS in New Mexico. While I just started working with her I immediately got the impression of her honesty and compassion. My hope and prayer is that this situation works out the way it should.

Beware of these lawyers. I am surprised they are still allowed to practice law. The will take advantage of you every step of way through what ever grueling process you find yourself in. They will overcharge and threaten to sue you if you don't pay up. Dealing with these "people" was one of the worst and most exhausting experiences of my life. They should change their name to "Snakes and Evil insects". Also I would very suspicious of any review her that is above 2 stars.

Omg! Warning Stay Away from this law group they did nothing & billed me for duplicates I payed 6,000 they billed me after i lft & was with another lawyer! Everyone who feels scamed like i was file complaint with the legal disciplinary board in N.M for ur money back I am plain & simple!

Padilla are the lawyers I had contact with($12,000 only got us one motion I have gotten more done as attorney than they did) . I IMPLORE YOU FIND OTHER ATTORNEYS! Great firm

Christen Hagemann was excellent! Everyone should have their first experience with her as their attorney. She is very professional and knowledgeable about divorce law. For me she took over my case from an attorney that had done nothing in a years time. She was up to speed reviewing my case and I had my divorce in less than 3 months. There was no negative experience only positive . Wolf and Fox is fortunate to have her working for them.

I used this law firm a few years ago for my divorce and had the best possible experience given the circumstance. They got the job done without putting me in the broke house. Everyone I dealt with at this place was friendly and professional as well as genuinely concerned with all of my needs.

They take forever to do anything and charge you for it. They cost me being able to take my daughter out of state to our family reunion.

The absolute worst representation imaginable. If you desire a long, painful, expensive divorce they are your law firm. You will spend $6100 before you even send a counteroffer on what was a perfectly reasonable settlement. They will also pursue support when obtaining it is impossible. They love to divert your attention with expensive complaint letters that accomplish nothing except waste time and put your money in their pockets, They are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You will be double billed for every thing they do, they have a legal assistant work with you and draft the paper work and the attorney will review it for the same length of time the the assistant worked on it and you will be charged for both of them. I went in and fired them to switch attorneys, I asked for my final bill paid it and left, then 2-3 weeks later received another bill from them for my new attorney sending them paper work that he was my new attorney. They will take all they can get from you. My opinion is Do not use them unless you like to throw money away.
