This review is long over due!!! Last year I was looking for a criminal attorney and also a family attorney! I was lucky enough to find Louis, who is both.....Let’s start out with his assistant who I first met, Roxanne. Roxanne was great from the beginning to the end, she is the main reason why I made the appointment to see Louis in the 1st place, she greeting me on the phone and showed me that she cared! it didn’t stop there, she continued to make me feel welcomed, important, and took her time to explain things to me even though she was very busy...Then there is Louis, who not only made me feel confident but treated me more like a friend than a client! I can’t thank Louis enough for going more above and beyond than he needed to. He took the time to listen to me and asked me what I wanted to do, told me it would happen and he MADE it happen! Most lawyers only care about the ol mighty Dollar, but these guys care about their client’s needs first!!! Thank you Louis and staff!!!

All I can say is BEWARE of this office and attorney!!!! Make sure you get everything in writing!!!! MAKE SURE YOU READ EVERYTHING YOU SIGN!!! Once they take your money, they are no longer their for you and then they add another bill at the end!!! Suzanne you are totally right about this office!!!! I rely on reviews, that’s why came to this place..., they told me a set price and now their changing it at the end. You’re better off representing yourself!!!!

Louis is a rockstar!! He got me primary physical custody which allowed my daughter and I to remain living out of state!!! Mr. Schneider was sent to me by the universe in my hard times! Randomly came across his firm on the internet after looking for so long. Came into his office for a consultation for a custody/domestic violence case and he right away started asking the right questions giving me what knew and could offer. That made me feel sooooo so sure I wanted him backing me up!! Once I did had the money I came in and he got to working right away! Pulling up files, making the right phone calls. Telling me what he needed from me and what to have ready Louis is very aggressive and he doesn’t like bad people hurting good people! I recommend him so much. Him and his staff will make you feel safe and at home. He has a career he’s passionate about and it shows! I love him, he’s seriously a good person. I appreciate greatly.

I wasn't even able to make it past an initial inquiry phone call. The woman who answers the phone was rude and offsetting. Even if the attorney was phenomenal, I wouldn't retain him because of the way his staff speaks to people. People usually call attorneys because they're going through a difficult time. Compassion goes a long way, especially if you're in a customer service position.

took 5 months to just fill paperwork out. then tried to email with them and they didn't respond to messages because old assistant was not longer there. i spoke with assistant shannon and she was rude when i told her at this time i can't put nothing down and was asking some simple questions. Told me i am behind rude and insulting the lawyer. never raised my voice or insulted their firm. She was rude right after i told her it would take me time to bring up the money and i never asked if they could file it before i paid it. she was rude from the beginning and as i was asking questions she became angry and yelling at me to where she hung up on me. Very poor customer service and horrible service to that point. You should never ever hang up on a client. I wasted $1500 on a rude assistant and the waiting game of 4 months to fill out the paperwork. I did it in 20 minutes and it cost me nothing! horrible. Lawyers are truly useless and their assistants are worst. Get better assistants!

I actually made contact with Louis thanks to my old boss! He mentioned to me that Louis took great care of his family's case! At the time I had recently left a retainer of($700) with an attorney that I had just met and I just had the worst feeling with him I felt like I was being judged and he wasn't on my side..

I normally don’t take the time to write reviews; however, I felt compelled to write a review of Louis Schneider and his assistant Roxanne. I found Louis on the web. I called and met with the same day. Within 10 days my paperwork was complete and my final decree of divorce was signed by the judge -- Incredible turnaround.

But the best thing about finding Louis is his genuine concern for his clients. He is now my lawyer fort life. Don't make stupid mistake in finding an attorney, just call Louis.

Mr. Schneider is excellent. I'm an out of state client and Mr. Schneider caught the opposing counsel attempting to back door a motion that could have unfairly and wrongfully sent my three year old grand daughter back to Nevada to a family that she doesn't know and hasn't seen in since she was two weeks old. He fought and won for court jurisdiction to be be in my grand daughter's state of residence. This is huge for us to in order retain custody of my grand daughter and this will also save us a lot of money.
Finally, his prices are very reasonable and his staff, especially Roxanne (paralegal), are extremely knowledgeable and punctual. Do yourself a favor and retain Mr. Schneider as your counsel. I absolutely give him and his staff my highest recommendation.

First time great services. Louis tells me he will help me out in the future with any traffic ticket for free.
So I try to get them to help with 4 tickets. They don't call don't leave message on phone they did send one email but basically said not going to help you anymore. This is after they let one go to warrent.
He is good lawyer. But he needs new employees at store. The one lady just gets nasty so fast and doesn't care.

Only deal with Louis if you don't it seems like you get screwed every time.
