This person was driving on Carson Street while I was delivering a package and she rolled her window down and threw a GLASS bottle of Starbucks coffee and it smashed right in front of me. I then drove behind this person and she was trying to get away from me as I am taking photos of her car. I finally made it next to her and she smiled and waved at me. I would like to share my horrifying experience with everyone. STAY AWAY from their services at all costs!! They have NO clue what they are doing!! They will take your money and waste your time. PLEASE use them with extreme caution.

This firm not only filed the WRONG forms, but messed up the legal residency on the paperwork. All of her negligence has caused severe delays (several months or more), resulting in incomplete filing. This has not only cost me time and stress, but it has also cost me extra money (I paid her filing forms that were not even applicable).

When I contacted their office to inform her of the errors, she was completely rude and unapologetic. Her response was for me not to contact them again. I am very disappointed in the demeanor and unprofessionalism exhibited by this firm.

They are not knowledgeable on which forms to use and filed forms that were wrong, now causing confusion and I am forced to hire a NEW lawyer to contest the errors she made and then refile the correct information. All this costing me more time and money, when I paid for services not rendered.

I expect legal professionals to uphold their moral and ethical standards. Lawyers take an oath to provide services and help others. This firm is only interested in helping themselves into your pockets, take your money, and then be utterly rude to you. BE WARE!!! I encourage you to stay away!

This company has been horrible to work with. Extremely unprofessional. Maggie often would not respond to email requests simply asking for case updates. I hired her for services that she did not perform. I kindly asked for a refund and she refused to give me one. Now I am left with more out of expenses and my case no further along then when o started. Now I need to deal with a new problem in disputing this with the credit card company. I would avoid using this company for your legal needs unless you are a glutton for punishment and want more problem's.

Worst place if you’re getting services from Maggie, a paralegal service provider there. She’s extremely disrespectful and never responds on time. If you want to complete your divorce matter on time then never go this place. It took me almost two to three months just to get my divorce notice served and then another month to receive the letter of service. Every time I called To ask about my case, I was told that she (Maggie) will call me back with an update but she never did. Instead, I had to call back all the time. As her client and the way I was treated I feel She has no respect and importance towards her clients. Will never go or advice anyone to get her services.

I've used LCPS for years, Maggie treats customers with respect, she has a straight forward attitude and great work ethic. Originally I was calling around needing help to amend a legal document, ***everyone except for Maggie***, gave the same canned sales pitch and confusing price jargon...LCPS wasted no time filing my paperwork, emailed and called to keep me informed of changes. Her service far exceeded the cost and that is something so rare nowadays. I'm impressed. Professional and knowledgeable staff that listened to my needs (budget, confidentiality and timeliness) executing the game plan without surprises. Can't thank you enough!

The divorce process is much easier than I thought and I was divorced in less than 2 weeks. Meeting Maggie has been a breath of fresh air. She was professional throughout the process. I am happy to meet her and will be back for other services.

Only reason they are getting one star is because I have to give them one in order to share my review of their business. Let's start at the beginning, I got married and within 4 months my husband (my now ex thank goodness) decided we needed to divorce. Long story short I needed a decently priced paralegal ASAP. I found this office, at first everything was fine and dandy and Maggie seemed very professional. HOWEVER I didn't realize that I was in for the biggest shiz storm of my life! I filed, payed my fees, and waited for my divorce papers to be mailed to me (I live in Texas). They never came, I kept calling and emailing every week or so to see what was going on and if she may have sent the papers to a wrong address. She assured me that she "of course sent them to the correct address just give it a few more weeks." I waited, and waited, and waited, and I still never received them. I took a trip out to NV to sort this out in person. I went to her office to discuss the issue of never receiving my divorce papers and much to my horror she had LOST MY ENTIRE FILE! Are you kidding me?! At this point I'm starting to get pretty stressed out, I mean I paid several hundred dollars for what? No divorce papers and a lost file?! Thankfully my divorce papers were still in her computer files so she printed me a NEW copy. I take off, meet my ex we both sign the papers, I then jet back to Maggie's office and physically hand her the papers. (At this point I was so worried she'd "misplace" them again) I drove back home to Texas, a few months roll by and I haven't heard anything from her so I call her up to check on how things were going. And much to my surprise she said she sent my papers off to be signed and filed. I asked "Were they sent to Clark or Nye county?" "Ummmmmmmmmmmm I don't know?" was the response I got from her. By now my temper has gotten the best of me and I kinda lost it (unladylike I know) but this woman had been playing nothing but games with me the entire time. I said "Excuse me but how do you not know what county you sent my papers to?! I paid a good amount of money for your services and what have you done? You didn't actually send me my papers in the first place, you lost my ENTIRE file, and now you have no idea where my papers were sent?! What type of business are you running because this is starting to get ridiculous!" After my rant she snipped some nasty comment at me that I didn't catch and she hung up on me. By now I am FURIOUS! I decided to take matters into my own hands and see what the heck was going on. I called the Nye County Clerks office, they did in fact receive my divorce papers HOWEVER YET AGAIN my witness form was missing!!! My friend that filled out and filed my witness form had done it twice before this happened because it kept getting "misplaced". Thankfully my friend lives in Nye County and was able to run up to their office and fill out a witness form right then and there. FINALLY AFTER MONTHS AND MONTHS my divorce papers were signed by the judge and I am finally a free woman, BUT the only reason I found out it was finalized was because I personally called the Clerks office again and they informed me I was and that they sent the finalized papers back to Maggie's office. Maggie never contacted me to inform me it was all done. I called her office requesting my finalized divorce papers "Oh sure i'll send them right out to you!" HA! YEA RIGHT!!!! Here I am once again almost two months later with no final papers, I've given up on Maggie and her office. I plan to just order a set of papers straight from the Clerks office. So if you need a divorce ASAP please for the love of all things good and great in this world DO NOT go through this office! Save yourself from the stress and hassle that I had to deal with the entire time I dealt with this office. They are unprofessional, rude, and just down right a joke. Hope your divorces go better than mine did!!!

This is my first time having to write this kind of review and its long overdue. I was referred to low cost paralegal by a friend of mine last year to help me set up my LLC. I paid for the LLC ($1800) which i received in the same week. I also paid for trademark ($2500) which got returned about 2 times because she didn't know what she was doing and she admitted that it was her first time, and am still waiting on it. I also paid for a wheel ($650) which i received the following week. I paid for a business plan ($2500) since last year which i have been patiently waiting on since. Every time i contact maggie, she would say they were slammed busy and that let me wait for 2 weeks. Then it turned into months. The moment i pressed on her to give me my money back, she said she would do it soon. Then her and John started giving me different stories. What baffles me is her attitude, just because am a nice African with an accent dosen't make me dumb. I know my rights. She sent me a business plan draft with no financial information, and then try to be smart with me. All am asking for is my $2500 back for a business plan i paid for since last year. And not to mention, i went to her office to pick up a document which she knew i would, but she didnt insert the information that i requested, then sat at her office and said she was busy.

Maggie has been absolutely wonderful in dealing with. She was there every step of the way in my divorce filing. If I had a question she answered it and made me feel welcome. I am grateful for the services I received from Maggie and Kimberly. These ladies make a wonderful team. I would NEVER recommend anyone here. She filed the wrong forms! She doesn’t know anything about immigration!!!! I wasted over 2K on immigration. All for nothing, the sad part is Maggie’s response” you read it, you paid” The reason I went to her is because I know nothing of immigration, why does she have a business if she’s saying it’s my fault. She didn’t apologize nor is she admitting to her mistake. Stressful place!

Called today to get an idea of the cost and was asked what court it was in. Told her it's been over 9 years and that I know the city it's in, but not the actual court house. Was told she couldn't help me without me knowing the court. Isn't this what you do for a living?

I don't see why she couldn't look up my name, as all attorneys have access to look you up by you giving them your info. It was quite obvious she was irritated and if this is how things are going to start off, I don't want to see how it's going to finish.
