DO NOT GO HERE. They will do what makes them look good not what you need. I would not trust them.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about the Park Firm. I prayed very hard for the right firm and I researched firms thoroughly and my hard work and prayers more than paid off. The Park Firm is a family affair. Jim took care of most of my case, but his father Michael also helped tremendously, especially with many essential orders and filings. Jessica Park and Jessica Bigler are unbelievably professional, hard working, and prompt. They were always available by phone or email when Jim and Michael were not because they were in court or something along those lines. Jim's wife came to one of the key hearings to support us and his son, who is interning, also came to two of the key hearings to provide support as well. They make you feel like part of the family and they genuinely care deeply about your case. I'm usually a very mellow, relaxed guy, but I was a major pain in the butt with them because I was going through a very difficult custody battle. They were unfathomably patient with me and sometimes Jim was firm with me when I needed some tough love.

And Jim is one of the best in trial lawyers you will ever see, he really is that talented. He has great rapport with the judges and he knows when to go after someone and when to be tempered. At one point my ex-wife and her tough attorney from across town found a fancy PhD custody evaluator from Salt Lake that ended up being appointed by the court. We did not know that he was very anti-religious and so he hammered me. I thought for sure I was going to lose my kids because of this, but Jim grilled him on the stand like something out of a movie and he demonstrated for everyone to see the blatant bias of this gentleman and in the end we prevailed and my kids get to stay here in St. George where they belong. The Park Firm are winners, but they don't want to win simply for the sake of winning. They want what is best for their clients. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this firm.

The Park firm does an excellent job. I was in the middle of a messy divorce court battle, I was super worried about keeping my daughter safe, and it was looking like we might lose. We hired Jim and Trayson less than 2 weeks before the evidentiary hearing (The other lawyer wasn’t cutting it) and they nailed it. They were able to gather all the information they needed in a short amount of time and we won. Jim gets to the point, is blunt, and doesn’t mess around. If you’re looking for a “bulldog lawyer”, call the Park Firm.

Jim park represented me on a criminal case, and this guy is a joke. The case was thrown out because police falsified evidence. Jim park allowed them to do this for almost two years before I submitted proof that the police committed perjury. The charge was finally dropped, no thanks to Jim park.

I decided to get some legal advice towards the very end of my divorce decree. Our divorce had been final since February, it was now August.

I was being threatened with a motion to go to court by my ex because our joint owned house hadn’t yet sold. Our house was actually under sale contract by the time I called this lawyer. I just needed some advice.

I literally needed maybe an hour of his time but they made me pay a $1500 retainer which was supposed to be a refundable deposit as per the contract I signed. He told me this $1500 would take me all the way through the court case “if needed.”

My divorce decree was extremely simple. No kids. 3 short pages. I just needed some advice about the real estate issue.

I spoke with him on the phone twice; Both 5-10 minute conversations; Emailed him all my paper work.

Shouldn’t have taken up more than 1-2 hours of his time TOTAL. 2 is really pushing it!

Within the month, our house sold and the the motion to go to court was cancelled by my ex.

I go to get the rest of my deposit back (I expected at the very least $1000 back) and I receive this bull**** itemized list of ridiculous tasks...not only using up my retainer, but going OVER IT by hundreds of dollars.

I’ll be reporting this lawyer to the bar.

Enjoy my $6000 for doing NOTHING. I'll pray for you. You'll answer for what you have done some day. You don't deserve it but I forgive you.

They got me out of a bind and I can’t thank this firm enough! If you have troubles related to his practice I highly recommend you use him. Better results than I could have imagined.
