Difficult to deal with and rude . I have never seen so many awful reviews !!
This firm needs some PR help

Most unprofessional firm I have ever dealt with in my 27 years of business. Apology after apology however nothing gets done.

Michelle Lobello is incompetent and should be disbarred from practicing law. They overcharge for everything and represent you poorly.

Absolutely terrible!! John REFUSED to read my emails and had to be told the facts, time and time again. His courier didn’t deliver court documents correctly, so my hearing had to be postponed a month

This is a terrible law firm that is just after your money. When you are involved in a child custody matter it is horrible. They are rude to you and they make the stress of dealing with the family court matter and them also, an almost unbearable situation. If their is any Karma in the world, then they people have bad karma coming their way. I notice that all their bad yelp reviews they must have complained about because this is not remotely a 4 star law firm. Google their name and you will see that they sued some poor lady for legal fees that they were not entitled to. The Nevada Supreme Court ruled against them.

UPDATE. Now trying to discredit a legitimate client they neglected after writing a factual review. That shows their lack of character.
I’m not in their system.
Priding themselves on damage control.
Too late. Damage done.
Anyone can search law schools attended.
They did not return phone calls.
They did over bill.
The information is factual. My review stands.

After my awful results with this law firm.
I dealt with 3 of their attorney’s. I read all the reviews here and the reviews they hide on Yelp.
I’ve researched their fluffed up bio’s.
Anyone can research these mediocre attorney’s backgrounds. Fact. They all went to 3 & 4 Tier or unrated law schools.
That’s means they could not get accepted into highly competitive universities. But they act and bill as if they graduated from Ivy League law schools.I’ve learned the hard way, where an attorney receives a law degree matters in an important case especially when they’re charging exorbitant hourly fees. For what?
Anyone who is considering investing a lot of money and time towards a life changing issue only to receive unresponsive, unmotivated, unsatisfactory results, I’d sincerely suggest looking into other law firms first. Search for prompt responses, timely positive resolution and motivation. All will find better qualified attorney’s. I did.
Keep searching.

There are many firms out there with better lawyers that charge a lot less money and they’ll keep you in the loop until properly resolving your legal matter, small or large while treating people with with sincere respect.
I hired Black and Lobello without really looking into their backgrounds and history.
My mistake was costly in more ways than just money.

Black and LoBello’s firm is inept and was unqualified and indifferent to handle my simple case with equal, fair treatment and diue diligence care.

Please Stay away from John D Jones Esq. he is arrogant without any reason to be by his legal actions and my terrible experience with him.
He was incompetent and disgustingly abused trust after taking my retainer.
Black and LoBello and Jones refused to give me a breakdown of my ridiculously overpriced bill. I never received one.
There are much more caring, better qualified, responsible attorney’s that will not abuse the trust of a person who’s in a most vulnerable position during a rough time in life
It was unforgettable and unforgivable what they all unprofessionally put me through.for an unacceptably long period of time.
Please do your research and do not hire their firm.

My mother was in hospice dieing and her sister an my brother used a credit card they had stolen went to this law firm handed them her card asked for no identity an took 2,000 dollars off it when i advised them the card was stolen an they should have put the money back they still are instant they did but i have the information there was no returned FUNDS untrustworthy and unethical

I'd say ZERO if I could . I guess I didn't seem like a money case, so they didn't even ever call me back

This is a horrible law firm. Instead of trying to resolve problems in your divorce, Michelle Lobello just tries to run up your legal bill to absurd levels. Divorce is hard but working with Michelle Lobello will make your life miserable. Don't use unless you want to be ripped off. They use to have horrible yelp reviews but must have bought advertising from them because now all the bad yelp reviews are under not recommended.

John Jones has been my family court advocate for the past 6 years. My case was a challenging and contentious child custody case that was appealed (unsuccessfully)to the Nevada Supreme Court. John was invested and committed to my case and wrote brilliant filings, but what sets him apart is his acumen as litigator. John won a change of custody for me in district court and then argued the appeal before the en banc (affirmed 7-0) . He is simply the best family court attorney.

Wendy at the front desk has such a kind soul. If you encounter some of thier clients in the hallway and elevator youll quickly realize that they are super snobbish.

Nothing worse than a UNTALENTED lawyer who thinks and charges like a first rate lawyer. Michelle Lobello is a disgusting incompetent attorney. Phone calls are not returned and the fees are way to high for the horrible representation. you can find much better attorneys who don't charge so much. She is very rude. DON'T USE. LOOK AROUND AND YOU WILL FIND MUCH BETTER. ATTORNEYS

There are much better attorneys than her or her law firm. Both her brother- in laws have been disbarred. Look else where. there are lots of good attorney in town

Yeah . Your website fails to the extent that a potential client or attorney can't email your firm with having a user name and password . I am an attorney and have a case that you might be very interested in but I can't send you an email about it .

After retaining this firm to fix my mortgage they would not return phone calls or emails. Then when they finally called I would get a bill for $90 in the mail for a 5 minute call, but still nothing was accomplished. Complete waste of $2,000!! Avoid!!

My experience with Black and LoBello and John Jones as my attorney has gone above and beyond my expectations. I came in feeling very defeated with little hope in the Nevada Family Law and relocating out of the state with my minor children. John took on my case with extreme confidence! He handled my case far more superior than i could have ever asked for. He is extremely knowledgeable in family law. For once I can say that I had someone not only fighting for me and my family but also believed in our best interest. It was a long and stressful process however I put my total trust in john and he completely delivered. I would recommend him to anyone that needs legal help.

Round 2 of court battles included a request to move my children out of state. John was prepared and overlooked no details in order to win my case. End result was approval from the courts to allow the move which is almost unheard of. John is professional, honorable, thorough and very good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone needed a lawyer.

I hired this firm. I paid $20,000 up front, for my divorce. John Jones met with me and was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable (Until he got paid) but then it all fell apart. I did my part, every time I called Mr. Jones, he rarely returned our calls. I was notified that this firm being investigated by the IRS, and in fact the owner of this firm was sentenced to prison!!! For tax evasion!! What a crook!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

We went with Black and Lobello based upon the recommendation of several associates. We knew we could expect a high level of professional service. Imagine our surprise when our expectations were exceeded! Our attorney, Randy Creighton, was the consummate professional who listened more than he talked, admitted (once) when he did not know the answer to a particular question and then dug for the proper reference until he had the right answer. He prepared for our case so well that it smoother than we ever imagined it could. We were astonished!
